We ordered the Combo Group Promo.

Food: The overall experience and taste were not worth it. The chicken was dry. The noodles I ordered were too salty. The price is very expensive and not justified. I could spend the same amount at other restaurants and get better food. The presentation in the menu images does not match the actual food—at least for one of our orders.

Service: This was the most disappointing part—absolutely terrible! They served our food without giving us plates and cutlery. How were we supposed to eat? We had to follow up three times before they finally provided them. The staff were unorganized, all over the place, and not serving efficiently. The food was not served all at once, and there were long delays. We constantly had to follow up. We requested a dip that was included in our order, but it was never served—even after we finished eating. Management should be made aware of the inefficiencies. One of the staff mentioned they had many OJTs (on-the-job trainees).

Atmosphere: This is the only positive aspect I can commend: the toilet was clean and nice. The store is aesthetically pleasant. Some areas are spacious.

We tried dining here in hopes of experiencing something new, but it turned out to be quite unpleasant.

Final thought: Definitely, we will not be...

Good service, easy to call when you're ready to order or to pay the bill, since they have a service button that will notify them and no need to raise your hand nor to keep looking around.

Food is just okay, I just wish they could've added salad or veggies to their menu and gravy for the chicken and not ketchup.

Just a heads up that their enriched chocolate is too sweet, I preferred their double enriched somehow.. But still sweet and no bitterness.

Restroom should have an easy access sign on how to flush the toilet, because they are using a different toilet bowl, which has buttons and it's digital, not everyone is used to this kind of toilet and not everyone will have to go through reading the instruction.

By the way, flush of the toilet bowl is close beside the toilet bowl itself, not the remote one.

Atmosphere is okay, and chairs are comfortable to...

Been here so many times we've lost count. 😁 Mom loves their hot coffee & kaya & butter brown toast. We've tried most of their offerings, except the spicy ones, since we can't take too spicy food. Although we might try it sometime since the staff mentioned that we can have it removed (although we're not sure if it applies too all their food). They sometimes offer snacks for a month or two, which we love. Hope they make it a regular in their menu.

Ambience is nice, calming, relaxing (except when there are loud customers, especially in a group). Interior is clean. Washroom is nice. Lighting is soft, not too bright and not to dark - just right for enjoying your meal. Most of the staff are nice and quick on their feet, which is one of the reasons we love...
