A Memorable Stay at Hotel Kimberly Manila
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5 stars)
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kimberly Manila during my visit to the vibrant city. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.
The location of the hotel is excellent, situated conveniently in the heart of Manila. This made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions and access various modes of transportation. Whether I wanted to visit historical sites, enjoy local cuisine, or indulge in shopping, everything was within reach.
The hotel itself boasts a charming and cozy ambiance. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploration. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The staff at Hotel Kimberly Manila truly stood out. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist made my experience all the more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the local area and offered valuable recommendations for dining and sightseeing. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a pleasant stay.
One highlight of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful selection of dishes, blending both local and international flavors. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide array of choices to suit different tastes and dietary preferences.
While my overall experience was highly positive, there were a few minor areas where improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was occasionally weak, which made it a bit challenging to connect at times. Additionally, some areas of the hotel could benefit from a refresh, as they appeared slightly dated.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Manila to travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Manila. The attentive staff, excellent location, and enjoyable dining experiences make it a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

Read moreWhat I really like about this hotel are the friendly staff, the spacious room and the most important thing to me..clean bathrooms/toilets. The room we had has an amazing view of buildings esp at night. We were so tired when we got there so no Pictures of the room for me. We requested 2 additional beds and it was placed comfortably within the room. The towels were indeed clean and new but, you know, I get used to that warm bleach/chlorine smell of hotel towels that somehow have you this feeling of assurance that this are really fresh clean towels. I did wish it smelled that way. it has no scent at all.. Not detergent.. No.. Nothing. There is hot and cold water on the shower and tub as well as on the sinks. There is a blower too which is usually a plus. There are cabinets all over the room. Yayy if you have lot of things with you and if youre staying longer. Breakfast was amazing but wish that they assisted on the seating better. We have to wait few minutes and few newcomers were able to seat ahead of us while we were waiting. But its fine for us..just that to few it would be a spark for a heated argument. All in all it was a good experience since im hopping around hotels in Manila and Kimberly Hotel is one of those I would love to return to. Would recommend if you're looking for a Hotel to stay for the night. I believe it wont...
Read moreWe had a superior family room looking toward Taft Ave.( east facing) The blackout curtains were an excellent barrier to the early morning sunrise. The room was very quiet for sleeping.
The room was spacious and clean. We had to get help in operating the TV, so a set of instructions for that would be helpful.
The front desk staff were quietly accommodating and not overly friendly, which was an awkward first impression.
There were a couple of drawbacks for the Kimberly: One was the 650peso charge for breakfast buffet. Thankfully there are many cheaper breakfast places around. Second, the room had a well stocked mini fridge with water, beer, snacks etc. For fear of exorbitant pricing ( upon seeing the buffet price) we touched nothing. There was a blank list to be filled in for items taken, but no actual price list for the items. There was a jug of water by the kettle and instant coffee. We assumed those were complimentary, but bought snacks, water and coffee outside ,again for fear of an exorbitant charge. We did like the proximity to Robinson Mall and the LRT above Taft Ave. We had a pleasant stay at the Kimberly and now knowing the pricing of "extras" would choose...
