Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Manila

Pre-eating:

There was a skimpy boy being a brat to his manager. It was disheartening seeing the manager’s face after hearing such vulgar comments

Food wise:

Undercooked chicken and some insensitive staff (except for the cooks, a gentleman in white, and a gentleman in a blue polo).

Some of the insensitive staff kept blowing balloons, and laughed it off as they loudly exploded. This was not funny to the fellow in front of me as he has a heart condition, and it was especially not funny to the couple seated near me, as the wife was pregnant.

They just laughed and a woman would sing “happy birthday” whenever the balloon popped. Even Jollibee has some level of decency.

As I’m writing this review, some of the staff have broken into a karaoke mood. I should’ve just went to another restaurant.

NOTE:

We have seen some of the hardworking and earnest people that work here, it’s such a shame to see what they have to put up with

Very unprofessional crews!

Poor service from the crew, we had a very bad experience. The crew had our order wrong and didn’t even repeat it (like they should always do to make sure the order is correct.) We ordered unlimited rice and we needed to go upstairs just to get the rice and heard the crew joking about it being a “Feeding program.” Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend going here, just...

Walked in at 8:09pm. Done placing my order by 8:11pm. The front crew didn't notify me that the rice will be available after 15minutes. But I have been waiting for 10 minutes already. So that's 25 minutes worth of my time. My order came in by 9pm. No available utensils,no soup Been waiting for a refill for 10 minutes already. Followed up my soup... And...
