We loved our stay in Keen’s place. The rooms are spacious, have enough shelves and tables to put your stuff, a hanger and windows. AC was not noisy. The best facility of this place is the Rooftop. It’s big, with tables and clean bathrooms. There are plants everywhere so you feel like you are in a jungle. As its a third floor you get a nice refreshing breeze that makes you want to nap. Water pressure is good enough. Even though you are close to airport and city centre, the noise level is minimal. I highly recommend this place. It’s a 15 min walk to the airport ( we did it ).

Pros: friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed Cons: if you’re unlucky you’ll get the room on the 1st floor. Due to lack of air circulation the room smells horrible, and there is no day light passing through at all. At 8 am the room looks completely dark inside. You have to turn on the AC as the room gets really stuffy, and the AC is loud like a train. For me unfortunately this is a deal breaker. At the time of booking we paid the higher price room out of the rooms available, thinking it must be nicer but that’s not the case. So good luck. It’s gonna be a hit or miss.

We loved our stay here it was amazing and the family were all so lovely and kind, our room was great so spacious, quiet, comfy and lots of hanging and storage to put all our belongings, great air con, handy shop by reception and next door, beautiful rooftop area to relax and enjoy, very close to good restaurants and cafes, the owners were so caring and always ready to help, great wifi and we would definitely recommend!

This hotel is in a great location of Puerto Princesa. It's on a quiet street and within walking distance to everything you need. And if you need a trike to go somewhere further it will cost you no more than 50 pesos. The hotel can also arrange all trips for you. For a great price. Like El Nido or anywhere else on the island. ||||I stayed here for quite sometime since I had no time limit to my time in Palawan. And everything was great. The cleaning lady Chona is really cool and has very good english skills. I've watched her clean and she doesn't cut corners. She gets in there and scrubs everytime. ||||I will come back to Palawan and I will stay at this hotel again. You can go wrong with the location and amenities. WiFi worked great as well and that is a huge deal for most of us foreigners these days. Book your stay here, you...

When we arrived, the front desk staff informed us that, due to a staffing shortage, the hotel locks its doors at 22:00—essentially a curfew, which felt absurd. We refused, finding this policy completely unacceptable. The staff then explained that they used to leave the back gate open, but stopped after a guest repeatedly brought “lady friends” at night (yes, really). After some reluctance, they agreed to unlock the back gate for us and showed us to our room. The room was very small for the price, with mediocre cleanliness and absolutely no amenities—no soap, no towels, nothing. Needless to say, we would never recommend staying here. The Philippines has wonderful people and fantastic places to visit, but this overpriced hotel is not one of them. If they try to impose a curfew, just refuse. There are far better...

I really liked the place. It was clean, had a good location and the room was big. The bathroom was very nice and there was a big rooftop terrace for all guests to sit and relax. |It was in a quiet area but still very close to a lot of good food.|You can also book tours with them. ||The staff was friendly but couldn't give a lot of information about laundry or food nearby. We learned that everything happened at the corner.|We also couldn't book a tricycle or taxi with them to get us to the station the next day but were told to go to the corner. But that was the only thing and we figured everything out by ourselves.|I would stay here again anyway and...
