Hotel Sogo - EDSA Cubao — Hotel in Quezon City

I was scheduled for a meeting in Cubao, so this was the nearest hotel. Despite the branding that other people try to insinuate with Sogo hotels, of it being a cheap hotel, it was surprisingly clean. The staff was accommodating, and the pinakbet for the room food service was delicious.||||Sogo hotels have fast wifi and you can directly report to the manager if something is wrong, my food got delayed more than 20minutes once, and they refunded it no question, because of their policy that food should arrive within 10 minutes and staff was really apologetic. On top of that room is clean, smelled nice, bathroom as well and was the perfect hotel for sudden client meetings. I was about to try Eurotel in Cubao, but because of past experiences with Eurotel in makati i decided to try this one and hotel and manager Gus went far and beyond expectations, my idea of Sogo has changed and would recommend them for people who are looking for an affordable and clean hotel - i noticed a lot of families who are already checking in because of its improved service...

first time trying this branch of sogo from Edsa Cubao and definitely did not disappoint us! me and my boyfriend already tried the Malate and Quirino branch and it has always been a good experience with them. • fast accommodation of the front desk, mabilis nila naayos agad yung room namin even if ang daming tao nung araw na yon. (we booked via online)• we also love the room na napunta samin, we were assigned sa 6th floor, because 1) very fast wifi like you can download a bunch of movies and it will not even lag im telling you lmao; 2) may netflix premium account (?) sa tv namin HAHA we were able to watch 3 movies and; 3) hot shower !! other rooms kasi from our past experiences with other branch walang hot water haha• malinis ang room & cr, wala namang odor or something smell ng cockroaches/smokes/fishy, just enough for a clean smell overall, we love this branch of sogo! we'll definitely try...

Been to Philippine and want to see the city of Manila over night. Went to Front desk to ask the room and kept me waiting for an hour. After that for check in I do understand it's hourly base hotel and I believe not a good specially for family because I never seen things which I saw over there so if you traveling with family don't ever try to book Sogo Hotels at all as it does have something in the room specially written on TV which family people can't afford to see their children. keep calling for AC as it was not working and in the end after 2 hours gentleman came and fixed the temperature. Asked for pillow or blanket which mention have to pay extra. And I paid around 1500 pso only for 12hrs. Which means if I am looking for some good hotel it will be more or less 3000 to 4000 thousand with in room facilities.|Adults can stay if they want but again not recommend...
