S&R New York Style Pizza - Puregold Cubao — Restaurant in Quezon City

The manager needs training on how to deal with customers with a PWD ID.

Context: We ordered our food for dine-in 1/7/25, 1 pm, and paid the regular price. Then we ordered food to-go for our 7-year-old PWD son who's in his therapy at that time. He is delayed in speech and development. I gave the ID to the cashier, which he showed to his manager for approval.

His manager said right away: San yung authorization nito? Me: 7 years old lang po anak ko kaya wala pong authorization letter. Manager: 7 years old na pala eh di dapat makakasulat na sya. Me: DAPAT?! May special needs nga anak ko kaya hindi pa nakakasulat. Thumbprint nga ginamit nya jan sa ID nya hindi pirma. Sana tiningnan nyo yung disability type. Manager: (stared at the PWD ID for a minute) Pahiram ng ID nyo.

I understand that an authorization is generally required but this manager's tone and answer are unacceptable. Please train, or retrain your managers (or just this manager in particular) on customer service.

P. S. We opened our to-go order and found the gravy spilled all over the takeout box. Sadly, the gravy container was not sealed properly. But my son still loves your chicken.

4 stars on the food because there's no more condiments station. 1 star on service because of the manager's behavior. 3 stars on atmosphere because the place does not look as inviting as...

Went to the Ayala Pizza location @7:45 on 12/28 and while the pizza was average, the environment was horrible.. Overcrowded, god awful odor coming from the condiments bar... Old onions which could be smelled outside in the walk area to say nothing about the odor inside the shop.. Waited 40 minutes for the pizza, after the order was given , will not happen again!!! Then to top it all off ,,,no damn mushrooms are available at that location.. Why would you open a pizza shop and not offer mushrooms????? That location needs some serious adjustments... It will be a LONG time before I even pass by that shop, don't want to get sick from the rotten onion odor,, the ONLY thing worst is dried...

One of my Favorite Pizza Restaurant on my list. Place were well Ventilated and Maintained. Staffs here are Accommodating and Considerate. Food here well, was SUPERB! From Pizza to Fries, to Calzone and Burgers and to Pastas and Lasagnas. Every bit of it was worth it! And this is the only Pizza store that serve 18" that were So TASTY and Delicious! Gladly you can put some ketchup or Hotsauce provided inside the store in the Condiments Area. I wish the store was refurbish or renovated. The place was kinda stale or not that kinda modernized. Anyway, Will come back again for Limited...
