Not happy with the service. The crew are so slow and it seems like they're just looking at each other to see if the orders are already complete or not, instead of proactively asking customers. And lastly, we asked for an additional creamer but it seems like they're already bankcrupt because they have a new system so they refused to give extra creamer. Yeah, you have new system but it looks like it didn't help your service more thus, it took you more time to serve everyone at one time. I came in for lunch around 1230pm. Not very crowded but some still had to wait for seats. I fortunately resetved my window seats. I had the S5 spaghetti and burger steak, pineapple juice, chico sundae, and peach mango pie. I had to wait 10mins for the spaghetti but it was really hot and freshly made! I ate everything before i got my desserts. I had to wait another 15mins for the peach mango pie but again it was hot out of the fryer! Absolutely terrible customer service and appalling quality control.

The hot food comes at warm or cool and the service It is painfully slow because management don't know how to look after the staff and had a organised things.

In many countries the management and staff at this store would be terminated for gross incompetence.
