Been hearing great reviews for the past years about this buffet place and it is our first time to try it and also their branch in Cubao. I tried to celebrate my birthday here for a new experience. The restaurant is owned by the Vikings company. The place is huge and the interior is very elegant and vibrant. It can really accommodate a large group of people and they also have their own function rooms. The ambiance feels like a hotel buffet. Definitely a 5 star for the atmosphere, though I noticed that the tables and seating arrangement is very narrow from one another which causes traffic in terms of circulation of people when the restaurant is jam packed. The staff in the reception area are very accommodating, however on the buffet area the attendants are quite unapproachable and always busy and it took 20 minutes for our hotpot to arrive. The chefs at the food stations were nice though. One thing I noticed is that the food selection of cooked foods for the buffet is quite few unlike their sister companies of Vikings or the Alley. I think that their main focus is on the hot pot which they had a variety to offer from raw meats, seafoods, cold cuts and vegetables to choose from. They also had a variety of sauces to use for dips and flavorings for the hot pot. In terms of taste. The Filipino section were underwhelming. The ox tripe on the kare-kare is very chewy and had a pungent taste. The sauce is quite bland. The meat in the carving station feels like not cooked well. The carved portion of the meat given to me is a bit tough to chew. Their sushi section is the best and all are freshly made. The rice is very soft and easy to chew which feels like eating in a fancy sushi resto. Also I noticed that they refill the food a bit slowly. On all the Vikings sister companies this is by far my least favorite. Overall, I had an okay experience. I would recommend it for experience, however don't expect too much.

We went there on a weekday. The place was full since half the place was booked for a company event. Good thing I made a reservation. The place was spacious and the food setup looked inviting. We were seated at one of the curved couches with two addtl upholstered seats at the other side of the circular table. As I was about to sit I noticed that there were bits of uncooked noodles on the seat. And frankly the upholstery needs to be deep cleaned. Overall the food was good but for me the hotpot food choices were not as many as their MOA branch. I was looking for the hotpot cheese balls but there were none. It's been a couple of yrs since I've been to their MOA branch so could be just a menu change. Big letdown was the carving station. The beef was tough. The slices looked like left overs cuts. Service was ok but they could have had more staff considering there was a big company event. It was difficult flagging the waiter to refill our soup. Dessert was ok. Self serve yogurt took awhile to solidify. There was no puto bumbong. They had bread pudding but it wan't warm. Nothing stands out in the dessert station. Overall, the food was ok. Staff was friendly. I left the place full and somewhat satisfied. Would I come back? It's not a No but a reserved Maybe.

Update: After the pandemic most places have deteriorated. Although the Moa branch is worse, the Cubao branch hasn't fared any better. The good choices have been decreased. The quality has gone down. It's very sad. This was my favorite buffet restaurant for a long time. The roast beef was hard to eat I think they're serving sirloin or a beef part with plenty of litid and zero marbling. It's obvious that the server is cutting out the "bad" parts behind the counter before grilling the meat. The pieces are like salpicao bits in size. Not like the sliced part you'd expect for roast beef. And as mentioned, since there was no fat, there was also no flavor and no tenderness. The salmon sashimi part was like the salmon sold in nearby Farmers Market. Definitely not the belly part. There were tinik here and there. Fresh balls were available unlike in Moa. The taste was not the same as before. Very bland. There is no grilling station anymore. They just haphazardly piled grilled fish of discarded parts into a pan for customers to pick through. Even the sate base was different. Clearly part of their cost cutting ways. Very salty. The service was bad as well. The soup refill for our laksa was just the soup base. Plain clear soup. If there supposed to be added flavoring , it never came. The cleaners aren't trained well. They don't let customers go ahead and try to get by you instead. I also saw one cleaner use the same rag cleaning the table and then used it to clean the containers of the sauces. Quite unsanitary. The coffee was still good. Though the machines all faced the server now. What gives?! It was as if they were even trying to hide it. I'm done with Four Seasons. I was a regular customer for so long. It's a shame what it has devolved into.

My family and I recently visited the Four Seasons branch of Vikings for the first time, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the start, Venz, who assisted us with our reservation, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Her warm demeanor set a positive tone for our visit, and we were fortunate to be given the best table in the place. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Michael, whose upbeat personality added to our dining experience. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile! One of the standout features of this branch is its cozy ambiance. Unlike many other buffet places where you have to yell to be heard, Four Seasons provides a relaxed environment that allows for comfortable conversation. As for the food, it was decent, but I found myself particularly drawn to the dessert area, which was my favorite spot. The variety of sweet treats was a definite highlight and truly satisfied my sweet tooth! In summary, while the food was good, it was the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere that made our visit special. I highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for a cozy buffet experience with friendly staff.

The quality of the food had deteriorated since our last visit. The roast beef was tough to chew and had little flavor. The roast pork, too, had too much fat. The three types of cheese I tasted lacked any sharpness in them. They also looked as if they were sitting on the counter for so long. The variety of food has also decreased so much. Even their hotpot staple was not spared. A waiter presented us a list of about six broths/soups to choose from only to realize that they could only offer two. And it was only 6pm. The dessert section is just a fraction of what it was before. My daughter took some puto bumbong but did not eat it because it lacked flavor and there waa niyog to eat it with. There was also a decrease in the number of staff. Used dishes now accumulated in our table when they used to bus them quickly before. Most disappointed was my daughter, who celebrates her birthday here every year. She vowed never to come back.

The rise and fall of Four Seasons. I'd go here at least once a year. Sadly, the place is no longer the same. Went on Saturday peak hour. Place is 25% full only. - slow and unfriendly service. No smiles, no proactive offers, everyone feels like they don't like their job. - deteriorated furnishings. - sashimi not top notch fresh.. - they hide the good stuff, you have to manually ask for it. - lots of food quality issues like hardened pasta, flies, stinky floors and annoying Chinese music. The staff would force you to pay the bill due to "cutoff" with more than 1hour time left before closing, in my case I was chewing food when the staff place the card billing machine beside my plate. We've had some great memories here. But it's time to look for a new tradition spot. Bad management these days. If you're reading this, go to MyeongDong gastro pub in Morato instead. For 700php only with better service and food.
