I got transferred into 2 different rooms, both absolutely fithy infested with cockroaches, as soon as you open the lights the cockroaches will be the 1st thing you greeting, on the toilets on the dining table even on the bed! The first room given was so filthy disgusting i didnt even bother going in and asked for another room immediately, this room was on the fifth floor last room on the right next to the fire escape. The second room given was also infested with cockroaches but not as mad as the 1st room was, me realising that this was probably the property's norm coming from a 20hr flight at a wee hours of the night i just cant gamble it and look for a different place to book as i am sure it would be very hard to find one so i decided to stay, as soon as my head hit the pillow nausea struck me, the pillow smelled like it has been sweat soaked and left to dry inside a drawer for a week, i called the attention of the bellboy and asked him to change it. As soon as i turned the lights off bugs came crawling out of the bedboard i had to move away from the bedboard afraid that these lil cockroaches would crawl in my ear while asleep. The tv was poorly tuned channels very mostly frozen or static channels.||Theres a reminder inside the room next to the clothes hook urging guests to hang the towels for reuse and drop them on the floor if it needs to be changed, being my last night i complied and dropped the towel on the floor. Upon checking out i was asked to pay 500.00 fine because according to them the towel was not supposed to be on the floor and i was accused of using the towel as a rag. The towel was fresh and white no spec of dirt on it yet they still insisted it wasnt supposed to be on the floor and it was used as a rag according to the reception. Why would i even use a towel im using on my body as a floor rag? Why would i even clean my own room with my own towel? This does not make any sense. They insisted i had to pay in which i did. This was a complete scam, is this how you train your employees? Or is this just a way for them to make an extra by extorting money out from tourists? I paid the darn fine as i have appointments and flights to catch and i was already delayed for 45 mins by your staff's scam. Either way the stay was horrible from start to finish, there are some employees that were nice and all smiles but aside from that there's nothing praiseworthy about the place, the place should be closed down as it is a serious health risks. oh and by the way i saw people (kids/minors) being checked in here for short 3 hour stays while i was at the lobby, i can only imagine whats happening from inside...

This is an old hotel that had been renovated and got affiliated with RedDoorz. It's original name is Winter Hotel. I'm guessing the owner is Chinese because it is evident in the interior accents, fixtures, and equipments. I was travelling with 2 large luggages and there was no staff to assist me when I entered. The one and only ELEVATOR DOOR IS FAULTY. It's been mentioned already in the earlier reviews and so it's true. The trick is you have to get as much as towards the back of the elevator so the door could close. It seems the sensor is supersensitive. TV sucks. Very few channels and they're not good ones. Also, the video feed is choppy at times. I've learned that the source is not cable but outdoor antenna. Remote given to me the first time was not working also. Shower water pressure was really weak and no choice between hot or cold water. Toilet was a bit clogged. Poop had to be flushed multiple times before completely gone. The shampoo dispenser provided was not working and got detached from the wall. WiFi signal quality and speed is below average. They have to keep resetting the routers if a guest complains about slow speeds so you'll often get disconnected. Your device will detect far too many other wireless networks on your floor and so this causes excess interference and conflict among all the other networks. Frontdesk also did not have the initiative to tell me the WiFi password when I checked in. Had to ask them for it. Also, they're sometimes confused if what is the correct password for a given floor/router. The mouthpiece of the service phone in the room smells bad. Probably small droplets of saliva that has dried and became stale. It should be regularly wiped clean and disinfected. Phone also looks so outdated. At a glance, whole room looks clean including the bathroom, toilet, bed & linens. Bed and pillows were comfy enough too. Aircon was working fine. Room was pretty quite but late at night I woke up after hearing some indescribable noise coming from just outside the window (or maybe from the aircon?). I wondered what it was but I was too sleepy to investigate so I just wore my earbuds and played some soothing sounds on my phone. The noise passed after a while and I had a good and restful sleep. There's an electrical outlet at the back of the TV if you need to recharge your devices. You may tilt up the TV if it's in the way. I think that's all. I don't think I'll be coming back to this hotel even if money...
