Nelmann's Nipa Huts — Hotel in Roxas

Booked a room with balcony. So get a small room wifi toilet outside of room without balcony! Cant recommend. Had contact with the owner (by phone, lifes in manila) was not that friendly. Just wanted to refund money, i mean this is not a solution. Arrived in port barton and then would not have a room and just try to find one (even when money would be refunded is not a solution). So not really a gentleman this guy. Stayed then for 2 nights. No wifi, no warm water, no balcony. Only good thing was the local which took care about the huts and the beds were okay. Nicest thing about staying here is the one who manages it is Anne, who is genuinely kind and very accommodating. She makes sure guests feel welcome and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Location is also good as it’s just a short walk to the coastguard (the town beach) where the island hopping trips usually leave. Small restos and cheap eateries are also nearby. Quiet and spacious room with basic amenities.

Care taker is attentive of your needs. Host is very responsive even if he's away. Booked it actually on Airbnb.

Caretaker provided me with thermos and water jug.

Flush not working. Could have been better if the front garden is clean without those logs.
