Rezydencja Biały Jar — Hotel in Karpacz

I'll start from the good things first; the hotel is looking very good inside and out (the room not so much, nothing comparable to the picture on the internet) and is well located next to a tiny ski slope and has good internet and the worker were friendly. That's quite the only positive comments I could give about this hotel. ||||There were a lot of disappointment and misleading information on the package we booked. Basically we had to ask for about everything that was on it, everything was so complicated that we gave up on a lot of them. The so called "huge breakfast" had just warm egg and all the rest was cold and the choice of cold stuff was quite small (apart from the last day when the complaints from all the guest made them do some effort). The evening lunch, was half of the time good and the other half quite lousy and everything but original or typical (chicken breast served with lousy sides reminding of cantine food). If we ordered something at the bar, we had to pay cash very quickly (as if we were outside guest). The hotel is understaffed which means the worker have to do the food service reception, bar and other job at the same time which make the service not the best. The room was lacking the basic amenities (hair dryer, shampoo) and had communist era toilet paper. The only closet in the room was half broken and the toilet flush was hardly working. We could hear everything from the corridor (where laundry bags were laying for two days) as if the door was open. The decoration of the room was not inspired (ugly lamps, tired furniture without style). The cleaning lady passed once every three days (just to empty the trash and add toilet paper). The building is nice, old but renovated. Rooms are of a convenient size but tacky which is really a pity :( There are some old elements but there is a number of furniture are cheap and contemporary. Walls and ceilings are painted like in kindergarten or like in an asylum. Bathroom is old (made in 90ties) and requires renovation. Towels and sheets are old, towels are no longer white and sheets were ragged. There is no elevator and no bell boy and rooms are located on the 1st or 2nd floor (heavy luggage must remain in the car).|Reception desk is managed by elderly man who behaves like king in the castle. Breakfast area (breakfast restaurant) is a very strange place - tables are decorated like for a wedding party, but there are horns on the walls everywhere and staffed animals. Waiters treat the guests like it was their first ever visit in a breakfast restaurant and the plates and cups are placed on the tables so if you want to get some food you have to take cutlery from the table go to the food table and go back. Food is really good but the coffee tastes awful, like it was mixed with mud. No modern coffee machine only the ancient one with brownish liquid. Hallo Zusammen, um weiteren Gästen die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich vorab ein Bild über das Hotel machen zu können, folgt anbei meine Bewertung. Zunächst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die Bilder der Zimmer, die auf der Website des Hotels aufgeführt werden, nicht der Realität entsprechen und der Zustand sowie die Qualität der Ausstattung der Zimmer meiner Meinung nach sehr schlecht waren. Badezimmer: Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem konnte man die Temperatur des Wassers nicht wirklich regulieren, sodass man entweder eiskalt oder sehr sehr heiß durschen musste. Zimmer: Für 3 Personen wurde ein Bett ( 90cm) und ein „Doppelbett“ mit 1,30 zur Verfügung gestellt, was meiner Meinung nach doch etwas zu klein für zwei Erwachsene ist. Dies zwang uns dazu, die beiden Matratzen auf den Boden auszulegen, um zumindest mehr Platz zu erhalten. Als sehr störend empfanden wir zudem die Lautstärke der Heizkörper, die aufgrund fehlender Entlüftung sehr laute Geräusche nachts verursachten, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beinträchtigte. Hotel allgemein: Das Hotel hat leider einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, was daran liegt, dass die Küche wohl keine angemessene Lüftung besitzt und sich diese Gerüche im ganzen Hotel festsetzen. Das einzig positive war zumindest das Frühstück, das lecker und ausreichend war.

Alles in Allem muss ich leider sagen, dass all diese Punkte mich dazu verleiten, dass ich das Hotel für sehr schlecht und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als unangemessen empfinde. Ich kann es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen, zumal ich schon in vielen Hotels in Karpacz war und dieses vergleichsweise am allerschlechtesten abschneidet. Rezydencja Biały Jar jest najgorszym hotelem z jakim się spotkałam w trakcie pięciu pobytów w Karpaczu. Brak wentylacji w kuchni powoduje roznoszenie się zapachów po całym budynku . Łazienka oraz czystość pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Zapowietrzone kaloryfery nie dają o sobie zapomnieć przez całą noc. Branie prysznica to jedna wielka porażka woda raz gorąca raz zimna bez możliwości ustawienia stałej temperatury. Pokój trzy osobowy okazał się totalna porażką . Łóżko dwuosobowe 1.3 szerokości z pewnością nie dla dwojga. Korzystanie z hotelu przypominało koczowanie. Normalnie spać można było dopiero po ściągnięciu materacu na podłogę jednak nie po to płaci się takie pieniądze aby spać na podłodze. Pieniądze które wydaliśmy na hotel to najgorzej wydane pieniądze!!! Zdjęcia podczas rezerwacji w ogóle nie odzwierciedlają faktycznego stanu pokoju. Jedyny plus to smaczne śniadania spory...
