We recently had the opportunity to spend a few days at this hotel and overall we were pleased. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Krakow, offering a quieter environment with the advantage of easy access to the city centre. There is a small market next to the hotel with basic groceries and drugstores, which was very handy. There are also several restaurants and a cafe/bakery nearby. The rooms are very spacious and offer plenty of storage space thanks to the large number of closets and storage areas. Most rooms have a balcony, which is a nice bonus. We really appreciated the small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, stovetop and sink. The beds were softer but comfortable, and the rooms had plenty of electrical outlets. In the winter, the entire hotel, including the room, was pleasantly warm, which we appreciated very much. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was also nice. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower and plenty of storage, which made it easy to use every day. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, including hot meals. There was plenty of seating in the breakfast room, which was nice. However, we would have liked it to be warmer as the room was a bit chilly. Parking is free at the hotel, which is a great advantage, or in the underground garage for a fee of 20 zlotys per day. The tram stop right next to the hotel allows easy access to the city centre, which takes about 20 minutes. Trams run frequently, but unfortunately there is no ticket machine at the stop, which may be impractical for some guests. Occasional Wi-Fi outages made our stay a little unpleasant. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and it had all the equipment that you need - small kitchen, huge fridge, electric kettle, oven,...you could easily live here. Breakfast was included in the price and it is served in the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast is self service buffet and you have a wide variety of choices. You can park outside for free. But there is also option to park in the garage for extra safety, which will cost you additional 40 zloty per day. What I really liked is 12am checkout ! I would say that the price for this service was reasonable and I will definitely return to this hotel.

About 30 minutes tram ride from old town, so not the closest spot to all tourist attractions but wonderful staff and spacey rooms really make up for the travel distance. Our room was about 1130 PLN for a friday to monday stay, so a bit over 260€. For that price a large room with kitchenette and balcony is not a bad deal. With a 72 hour zone 1-3 ticket to public transit we were able to reach all the places we wanted to visit during our weekend stay (excluding the mandatory visit to Auschwitz where we went with a train and got back to the hotel by Uber).

Nice modern hotel, set above local mini market on the outskirts of Krakow,Poland. We had a 2 bedded room with microwave, medium fridge,2 ring glass hob, sink and taps, one table and two chairs, modern batroom with quadrant cubicle shower.cleaners were in every day, changing soap, shampoo and towels, all cleaned, there is a large ceiling fan/light set above our beds, which is operated by remote control,as was needed because of no air conditioning, but this could compensated by opening the door onto balcony or if you feel a biy wary, you could tilt the door so it is just opens at the top. Breakfast is included with the price,we paid £188 for 3 nights in october all included.breakfast i would class as a continental breakfast, which includes cereals, light sausage, scrambled eggs, cobs, fruit, yogurts, fresh juices, tea and coffee. Tram can be used right opposite the hotel, arrives every 10 mins and only cost's about 50p to krakow town centre, about 20 minutes in total(we used the number 52 which took us right to the shopping centre next to major train centre). Only major problem is it is next to busy dual carriageway which takes traffic in and out of krakow and to airport,so traffic in a warm night,no air condtioning and having to open/tilt the door to balcony, could be very annoying,we were in room 109 which was first on left from reception, but was above the main entrance which is at the back of the building,so we could open the door at night without getting much traffic noises. Overall,i would say this is a nice, smart hotel and would...

The fact we had to leave the hotel after staying for just one night, out of 4, says it all. The reservation was work related, recommended by the organizers of a business conference, we were part of, however after arrival the special conference price was not honored - instead it was offered the regular online price of 360 PLN. It took almost one hour to handle the check in. Personnel at reception desk spoke basic English and after a second sentence of our request, representatives at the reception became helpless. It seemed no one managing the business helped them either. The manager of the apart hotel did not care enough to handle guest issues in person this evening, nor on the next morning or day, as while we tried to refer to the written offer we received from this hotel about the price and the room set, the only recommendation from manager to his/her personnel over the phone was to say "Sorry, nothing we can do about it". We were charged even higher than the regular price in Booking and Hotels at 333 PLN. We were not honored a room with one big bed, instead given a room with two separate beds, and were offered a room right above a noisy restaurant where at 10:30 pm a party of 12 people was still going on. Horrible experience, absolutely unacceptable...
