Myself and my partner had booked to stay here for 3 nights in July as we were travelling for a concert. We just decided to book cheap accommodation as I had already spent a lot of money on the concert tickets and so we were not looking for anything extravagant. So from the off-set we weren’t expecting much from Studio Rental - but this place didn’t even meet our low expectations.||||First of all, the rooms are all up about 4 or 5 flights of winding, uneven wooden stairs that feel very unsafe. It took us a good 10/15 minutes to understand where the rooms were as information was limited. Although I was given the codes to get in in advance - one positive. ||||The whole place made us feel unsafe from the start. There was a kettle and a microwave - but no cutlery, no plates and no cups - so even if we did want to use the facilities there was nothing to put drinks or food into. The room was TINY (smaller than we expected from what the pictures show) - definitely NOT big enough for two people to move around in comfortably. The room was clean-ish, but not very clean. The toilet and shower were not very clean. The mattress was comfortable enough but the actual bed was literally a wooden box - not an actual bed. No blinds over the windows in the room to keep some sunlight/heat out so the room was like a sauna. ||||We ended up only staying here for one night (reluctantly) and booked to stay in a hotel for the other two nights - I wasn’t even bothered about losing out on the money I had paid for this accommodation it was THAT BAD. The hotel was a much nicer and safer experience. Yes, studio rental is cheap accommodation and would probably suit a solo traveller for one night, BUT it is not even worth the money we...

Nice large windows. No wind though, which was a problem I will get to later. Also the windows are sloped roof windows. But luckily it didn't rain.
I thought there would be a kitchen. But there was only a sink, microwave and a fridge that doesn't work that well. It make some noice. Not too bad.
However there is one big problem. The smell. It smells bad. Whenever you use water it passes through a device that I assume is like a blender for sewage. Somehow the smell escapes and fills the room with a smell of excrement that lasts for hours. It is also loud. When we slept, it just decided to blend some in the middle of the night for no reason. It can wake you up. Like when a motorcycle passes on the street.
We had the windows open the entire time, still the smell lingered for hours. I cannot imagine staying here when it is cold outside.
Unless you have a great ability to cancel out smells or if you are on a very tight budget, i cannot recommend this place. From a utilitarian standpoint, it does function as shelter. You can sleep, charge your phone, poop, eat microwaveable food and your things...
