I like this place, it's not in the center, but not so much far away, You have that good feeling you are at the mountain. It's very clean and nicely modern designed. I liked they had Prosseco at breakfast, but looks like that's not a standard thing. Definitely would be nicer if they have pancakes 🥞 at breakfast. In the room is missing more shelfs. It would be nice if there was a tea and coffee maker in the room. I like they are putting chocolate on bed, I didn't like in my room there wasn't normal bed (rather 2 beds joined with a hole in the middle). Hope next time will be better.

I visited this hotel in late May 2019 and the weather was beautiful. This area is one of the most picturesque in the country and the accommodation has fantastic views of the Tatra mountains. The rooms are fairly small but are well equipped and the breakfast is amazing with lots of different choices and traditional Polish food. Each room has a balcony with incredible views. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Great location for the mountains and skiing. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main town area. The staff were friendly but there was no staff overnight - kitchen was locked so we bought extra teabags and milk in the town the next day to have in the room. Breakfast was lovely and the room was modern with a traditional twist. View was amazing. I would stay here again.

If I break this into a running order. Firstly, Elizabeth text me on the Sunday asking what time we world arrive, where she shared the key code for the front door and informed us that the room key would be there on the front desk on our arrival. We were in a car, and there was plenty of space for parking. ||The room was spotless and had a great view of the Tatras, the room had a great WiFi connection and had an eConcierge in the room with instructions around local bars and restaurants as well as some trips. The bathroom was very clean and had a walk in shower as well.||The location was critical for us, and it is perfectly situated. Just 10 mins walk from the center of Zakopane and a 20 minute walk to Kuznice, where you can hike to Kasprowy Wierch and Giewont. This mean’t, at night we could leave the car and go for dinner and for one of our hiking days, we could walk to the start point.||We had breakfast in the hotel, where diners had an option of cooked eggs and omelets as well as a continental buffet, which subtly changed each day. The dining area was spotless and the food was lovely. What was also a nice touch was that the dining room stayed open all day so you could get yourself a coffee or a homemade cake.||Most impressive element of the hotel were the staff. Very chatty, good local knowledge and always willing to offer up a bit of advice. I think sometimes that in bigger hotels, they lose the personal touch. But that wasn’t the case here.||Would recommend to all people. Indeed, my wife and I will be looking to visit again in September. Above all else, it’s brilliant value for money and acts as a great base to see the Tatras in all...

Myself, my partner and our two sons (aged 4 and 12) spent 12 wonderful nights staying in Villa 11 Folk & Design over Christmas and New Year and it has got to be the best family Christmas we have had so far. The rooms were lovely, fresh and clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help you with any problems you had. Our host, Elizabeth, was great and supplied us with plenty of information on activities to do to keep the children happy and entertained and would go out of her way to help in any way possible. The breakfast was always lovely and well presented with plenty of choice for everyone's tastes. The eggs cooked freshly to your order was also a lovely touch. The breakfast room is also available throughout the day to help yourself to tea/coffee, fruit and cakes. The location of the villa was also great with a short walk to the town centre where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. This was our first visit to Poland but hopefully not our last! Thank you again Elizabeth and all at Villa 11 for making it such a memorable stay. PS....
