Santa Luzia Apartaments by Guestify — Hotel in Guimarães

We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is fresh and light and well laid out for comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated that both bedrooms each had its own workspace, and that there was plenty of storage space for our things. The simple, tasteful furnishings gave the space a sanctuary feel—a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing and shopping, or for staying in all day when it’s pouring rain. Ficamos hospedados do dia 15/12/2024 a 19/01/2025. Em que pese a boa instalação e atenção da responsavel local a empresa não passa a menor credibilidade ou responsabilidade para com seus hóspedes. Fomos furtados em um valar bastante consideravel a a unica atenção que recebemos foi de uma funcionária local e da policia de Portugal. Alguem entro no nosso apartamente sem limpeza e/ou visita agendada com uma chave extra. O local não tem nenhum tipo de segurança. Inexistem camaras nos corredores ou qualquer tipo de controle de quem acessa o predio. Existe apenas uma camara na entrada principal do predio que não monitora o acesso aos corredores e portas de entrada dos apartamentos. Em nenhum momento alguem da direção ou proprietário da Guestify nos contatou. O furto ocorreu no dia 29 de dezembro durante uma saida nossa para irmos a cidade do Porto. Lamentável e vergonhasa atitude da administração...
