Lisbon Dreams Estrela Suites — Hotel in Lisbon

Not reliable...! On their own website they offer discounts for direct reservations. We stayed at one of the apartments in 2022, booked with an early bird offer. We had a pleasant stay. For this year we also made a reservation in the same way as last time, and received through e-mail a proper reservation number and booking confirmation from Lisbon Dreams. In April we contacted them by email and asked how to proceed with the payment in advance of our stay (our trip to Lisbon is planned in June 2023). We couldn't believe what they told us. They stated that they can't find our reservation (because of some system error) and also can't provide us an alternative or at least some kind of offer (discount for future reservations or similar) as an apology. They wrote to us that there is plenty of time for us to find another accomodation by ourselves. If they are in the travel industry, they should know how difficult it is to find an affordable and nice accomodation in Lisbon, especially in summer. Luckily we could find another holiday apartment for our trip, but now we have to pay more than double than for our vanished reservation. As an average consumer we do not have the means to make a legal case out of it and ask them to cover the price difference. Our advice: be careful and double-check, that your reservation is confirmed! It seems not sufficient to receive an e-mail booking...

Shabby, run-down and dilapidated apartment with many dangerous holes in the wooden floorboards, some simply taped over. The shower is full of black mold all around, some of the windows and doors do not close properly. The apartment was not even cleaned properly before our arrival and has nothing to do with the pictures here or on the rental portals. The landlord has no interest in fixing this and deliberately misleads the tenants....

Spędziłem tam tydzień na przełomie stycznia i lutego, czyli w środku zimy. Łagodny, Oceaniczny klimat Lizbony sprawia, że przeciętna temperatura oscyluje tutaj w granicach ok 15- 17 stopni C., a w nocy 7-9. Właściciele pensjonatu zadbali o komfort umieszczając w każdym pokoju elektryczny grzejnik, co wcale nie jest normą. Przywitano nas bardzo ciepło i z uśmiechem. Na powitanie otrzymalośmy lokalne przysmaki z butelką wina i paczką dobrej kawy. Ogromny pozytyw. Mieszkanie świeżo odnowione i doskonale wyposażone we wszystko, co jest potrzebne do dłuższego pobytu, łącznie z tosterem, żelazkiem, odkurzaczemi suszarką. Wszystkie środki czystości, kosmetyki, ręczniki są w pakiecie. Telewizja także🙂Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Tuż pod domem kursuje tramwaj linii 28 i przystanek jest tuż, tuż. Do metra jest ok. kilometr, tak że dostęp do komunikacji jest bezproblemowy. Lokalizacja jest znakomita i cały urok starej Lizbony jest w zasięgu nóg. Osobom, które na codzień mieszkają w ciszy może dokuczać hałas tramwaju, ale miastowi mają to na codzień i jest do coś zwyczajnego. Okna są jednocześnie drzwiami balkonowymi i dają bardzo dużo światła. Mieszkanie ma klimat starych kamienic z rysem nowoczesności. Polecam gorąco, z pewnością przyjedziecie i...
