The place is very clean, coffee capsules were provided and a full serviced kitchen. A lady always pick up the call but is of no help. Good value for money.

Cons

Fully automated locks for every room and shared bathroom. One of the shared bathroom was tricky. There is an automated lock for even the shared bathroom from the outside, and so many people were having anxiety from being locked inside the bathroom without being able to come out and had to repeatedly knock the door until someone come get them from outside with a code. Happened at least three times today with only one of the shared bathroom.

Multiple guests were not able to get in because they never received the codes from the hotel and I ended having to sort them out. An elderly couple were sitting on the stairs for ages with no one to attend to them as they have never received the codes. And some new guest was ringing the doorbell for almost an hour at midnight because he also never received the codes.

I called to enquire about room availability for an additional night, the lady told me she has emailed me via Booking and again, I have never received the email. The lady probably sent it to another guest thinking it's me.

The management is missing a clear check in guide, personalised touch, and it's a pity because it's a pretty cosy room in a nice area. If you are not technology savvy and don't enjoy being locked in the bathroom, I will say...

Wow, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I stayed at this guesthouse from 22.09.24 to 23.09.24. Upon arrival, there were no signs or any clear identification of the property—I had to ask around just to find it. Once located, the door was locked, and after calling the landlord three times with no response, we ended up waiting on the staircase for 40 minutes. Yes, we arrived earlier than check-in, and I was informed that early check-in was subject to availability, which is fair. However, no one was there to let us know if it was possible, nor did I receive any communication about it.

I left a 1-star review, expecting the owner to be understanding or apologetic, but instead, they responded with an argument, displaying a condescending attitude and zero hospitality.

But that’s not all—the owner tracked down the place where I work and left me a 1-star review as retaliation! They even tried to blackmail me afterward. This is absolutely beyond disgusting!

This place was very clean !

At first we were worried about finding the place, but easily did. The codes were easy to figure out too, and self check in made it easy.

We booked the double room with a private bathroom since we did not want to share, and honestly it felt like our own hotel room. Was extremely clean and modern, and such comfortable beds ! We were so impressed with the comfort of the beds and the modernity of the room itself. There was also a very cute little balcony, which was nice for some fresh air. The 28 bus passes by closely, so we were able to get transportation. There was no option for do not disturb housekeeping signs in the rooms which could’ve been improved for privacy reasons.
