Spacious, well appointed apartment perfect for families of up to 4 people. Our room - 303 - included a wonderful panoramic view from the balcony. The kitchen was appropriately appointed with a bar fridge, two burners, microwave and dishwasher. Ample storage in the bed room, with a washing machine and iron + board too. Bathroom was very nice, great plumbing for hot water and water pressure. Impeccably clean, crisp linens, good room service- simply put out the door knob card. Big smart tv too and the wifi was very good. Couch turns into a twin bed with a second pull out trundle. Check-in by buzzing into the building, then use a touchscreen board to check in to your room and get a front door and room door code to use during your stay. The building was quiet - pretty much everyone staying there were families and couples. You are on a residential streets so all you might hear are some noisy birds, the occasional construction noise from some building repairs on the next street down, or some pleasant music wafting from some venue nearby in the evening when the windows are open to get some nice fresh air. The a/c worked great in the hotter part of the afternoon. The neighbourhood is very convenient - just go up the street for cafés, bars, and restaurants of all price points, go down to get to the luxury shopping area, metro and main train station for daytripping. It's all downhill to get to most of your prime your destinations from this property (but uphill to get home, lol). Only caution: Lisbon is built on a series of steep hills, and this property is close to the top of one of the taller hills, so unless you are planning to Uber/taxi from door to destination, you should probably be reasonably able bodied to get the best out of the area. Honestly I don't know how you could get a better place to stay when in Lisbon on a...

Fist of all, there is no reception and there is no one who can attend you if you have any doubt or question or problem. If you reserve during a weekend you can not even call any one. Actually, you can try, but you do not get a response in the whole weekend. Days after, back in my country, the unique response when you make a complain is “sorry the office is close during weekend”, and they do not give you any compensation. Incredible but true.
You can’t use the shower because all the bathroom gets wet and you have to use the unique and small towel they give you to dry the floor, but no one is going to give you another towel or trying to repair de shower, because the office is close during weekend…
The apartment is very very noisy. You listen everything that happens in the street, and in weekend there are noisy people partying around the street and is not possible to sleep.
Also you can hear everything that happens in the the apartment next to yours.
Finally, it has surprised me that I read other reviews where other guest have had the same complains that I have had, and I read the response of the property questioning that they have been housed. Unbelieveble!

Read moreYou will not get any sleep at this place. We stayed in the street level efficiency apt. Not our choice, we were forced to stay there. I asked many times to be moved to a higher apt or released from the reservation and they would not do either. First of all you can hear ALL the noise from the street as if it was inside your apt. Then the front door is heavy and it slams all day and night with people coming in and out. Then everyone congregates at the elevator or stairs talking or shouting at ALL hours of the day and night. The check in call box is by the entry door so you hear every one checking in or out or calling for service. It was a TOTAL nightmare. They refused to let us check out and not charge for the rest of our stay. We asked many times. Also the apts are very small and have limited utensils or plates. RUN...
