Scam Alert – No Flexibility, Keeps All Your Money
This host (ML Apartments) is running the same scam repeatedly across several listings. The process is always the same:
You arrive after the official check-in time (due to travel delays or late arrivals)
The host offers no flexibility whatsoever, so you're forced to find alternative accommodation for the night
The next day, when you try to check in, he refuses, claiming it was a "no-show"
Then, he keeps 100% of your money, without providing any service
This happened to me, and when I checked reviews, I found many others with the exact same experience. He doesn’t try to help, he just uses the situation to cancel your stay and pocket the full amount.
⚠️ Be very careful — there are multiple negative reviews on Google Maps for all his properties showing the same pattern. You’ll be left without a place to stay and no refund.

Read moreI do not recommend this place. The owner is definitely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and also a T H I E F. I paid in advance for three nights. I knew that due to the flight schedule change I won't make it for the check in time so I informed him I will be checking in the next day. I was fine with losing the money for the first night and just checking in the next day. The owner then canceled the reservation even though I informed him in advance that I will arrive a day later. Despite Booking, the company, intervention and my multiple calls and messages, he didn't let us stay for the remaining two nights, even though we paid in advance.
