The apartment is falling apart — old and completely worn out. If you don’t mind creaky floors that make you feel like you’re about to fall through to the floor below, then this is definitely the place for you. You’ll be welcomed by a bed you won’t exactly be thrilled to lie in — it gives off strong bedbug vibes.

Also, if you have no problem with big, filthy windows that don’t close properly and let all the cold in during the night, this is your dream spot. The “kitchen” consists of a “table,” two glasses, and a kettle. The bathroom is basically empty and questionably clean.

And the cherry on top? No one tells you that you have to pick up the keys at one address, only to find out the apartment is actually somewhere completely different — just perfect when you’re dragging your luggage through the city.

Este alojamiento fue una gran decepción, y sinceramente, no creo que esta habitación esté en condiciones para ser ofrecida a ningún huésped antes de un lavado de cara. La experiencia general estuvo marcada por una sensación de suciedad y falta de mantenimiento, algo inaceptable. Detallo los principales problemas:

Ruido insoportable: La ventana no aísla nada del ruido exterior. Es como si estuviera abierta todo el tiempo, lo cual es especialmente problemático al estar en una calle con mucho tráfico, tanto de día como de noche.

Falta de mantenimiento del mobiliario: La mesa de trabajo está llena de desperfectos evidentes y debería haber sido reemplazada hace mucho tiempo. Además, no tiene un enchufe cercano para cargar dispositivos, lo cual resulta muy incómodo.

Limpieza deficiente: Las ventanas están visiblemente sucias, dando la impresión de que no se han limpiado en meses. Las cortinas, aunque son claras, están llenas de manchas negras y generan una sensación de suciedad constante. La ducha estaba en condiciones pésimas: encontré pelos en las paredes, las juntas estaban sucias, y el desagüe no funcionaba correctamente, causando un charco que casi desbordaba el plato de ducha.

Detalles descuidados: Había una marca de zapatilla en la pared, claramente de alguien que intentó matar un mosquito. Por curiosidad, comprobé si se podía limpiar y, efectivamente, se quitaba, lo que demuestra una total dejadez en la limpieza. Las paredes necesitan urgentemente una mano de pintura.

Ropa de cama y suelo: Las mantas tenían pelos, claramente de otra persona, y las sábanas no daban la impresión de estar limpias. El suelo no estaba fregado y crujía mucho al caminar, lo que resultaba muy molesto.

Iluminación precaria: Las lámparas de las mesillas no eran lámparas como tal, sino simples bombillas atornilladas en sus casquillos, lo cual daba una sensación de improvisación y dejadez.

The location is great and everything you need will be in walking distance. The staff was friendly and ready to help us even if there is no reception and they had to come from somewhere else. It was pretty noisy in the room. We could hear literally everything from the street, even with the window closed. Also when you walk the floor makes more noise! There is no AC, although it was not needed at this time of the year. The room was dark and not even close to a suite as the name implies.
