Right across the street from my conference, I was practically teleported to productivity-land each morning. I may have returned a couple of times during the two-day conference for a quick nap or two… I doubt anyone noticed!

The space was as cozy as it was convenient. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony, overlooking the Douro River and people strolling by. The showers were steamy and helped melt away any stress.

Oh, and this discovery made me feel like I’ve been living in a cave—I didn’t know magical washing machines existed that dry your clothes too! I had fresh clothes to wear to the airport and not a single dirty thing to unpack.

Me and my parents stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The staff was attentive and flexible. Located at the outer border of busy old town, but still quiet. Everything is in a walkable distance. The kitchen is well equipped if you don’t feel like eating out and room service is available too.
