Grand Legacy Hotel Doha — Hotel in Doha

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (3rd–6th September 2025), and sadly this visit was extremely disappointing compared to my first stay back in 2023.

The room was not clean at check-in — there was dust on surfaces, bits of paper, and even leftover food, which made it feel neglected and unhygienic. We also paid extra for an additional bed, but the mattress was so uncomfortable that nobody could sleep on it. It went completely unused, and two of us had to share one bed, which made the nights very uncomfortable.

While the front desk staff were polite and professional, the housekeeping staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome throughout our stay.

Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The decline in cleanliness and service since 2023 was disappointing, and for the price paid, it was not worth it. Unless serious improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel and...

We spent 4 nights here recently. The staff were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately my 2 year old toddler had a febrile convulsion and subsequently suffered a seizure. Shivan, the housekeeping manager carried him to the foyer and immediately got an ambulance and we were rushed to the nearest hospital. But it was after when the staff always asked about my son’s wellbeing which really touched our heart! Thank you so much to everyone. I wanna mention Ibrahim who helped us with our luggages (thanks bro 🫂), and just generally being a nice guy. The ladies at the reception (thank u all!), Cathy at the spa (my wife really enjoyed the service), Mohammed at the pool (thanks bro). Shareefa at the restaurant, thank u. We went for breakfast on the holy month Ramadan. It’s when sunsets. My friends and I were gathered for our annual Ramadan Iftar. Selected Grand Legacy Hotel this time. We didn’t regret. They have valet parking. The buffet was ready good, 2 kinds of soup, many salads and appetizers like hummus, mutabbal, tabbouleh, green salad, Greek salad with cheese. Many main courses like BBQ, rice with chicken, plain rice and others. Few desserts, fruit salads and Um Ali. |Overall, buffet is very good. Great service and hospitality....
