Hotel Confort — Hotel in Cluj Metropolitan Area

Good location, just a short walk to the old town, as others had mentioned it's a steep hill back but I'm very unfit and managed it. The check in was great and the guy doing it really friendly and helpful.|Breakfast was really nice, compact which I thought was good, some places do it so big and laid out so far you cant find what you want. Also breakfast was a good price. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good mini bar and plenty of sockets to charge your stuff.|A couple of bad points, 1st the hot water was next to useless, I would get it in the shower for maybe 30 seconds then would go cold again. The wifi was good up until my last night when it would not work at all even though I was still connected.|Lastly after eating in restaurant I had to wait 15 minutes before asking for my dessert which had been forgotten, the waiter went and got it and was very apologetic, he was also very friendly.|Also I thought it was odd that a bread roll be brought over that I didnt ask for with no butter so it was dry be charged when I didnt ask for it.|Overall though I would definitely...

We stayed here during Untold festival. During the night, we could still hear the music, but this is not the hotel’s fault as music is extremely loud during the festival and you can hear it literally from everywhere. Other than the music, the rooms were quiet, especially in the morning. Temperature was very pleasant. Room has everything it needs. It’s big, you even have a small living area inside, also very clean and the staff was very friendly. Because we were here for the festival, they even extended the breakfast hours, which was also a very nice thing to do. Breakfast had quite a few options, coffee was good, food was good, desert was good. Location is 12-15 mins walk from the city center and 25-27 mins walk from the festival, which was also very convenient, as we saved the money we would have used for Uber. A nice hotel, with a good location, nice personnel, where they greet you wearing a mask like they should. The breakfast was diverse and fresh, everything looked clean and safe to use. My only problem was with the room cleaning, the problem I see everywhere: they use the same water and mop for consecutive rooms. If you wonder where I know :), it's easy I am a bald guy that hates to see hair on the floor, especially long hair, and every afternoon I returned from work to the hotel room, there it was, hair in the room and in the bathroom after I picked it up a day before. So imagine how clean are the floors if they use the same cleaning water one room...
