We had a wonderful stay at Vibre Hotel in Cluj-Napoca. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. I regret that I cannot recall the gentleman’s name who guided us upon arrival, but I would like to highlight his exceptional service. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression—he explained everything thoroughly, assisted us in finding our rooms and hotel facilities, and truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. He is a true asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for his hospitality.

Throughout our stay, all staff members we encountered were polite, professional, and attentive. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed—modern, yet elegant and luxurious. Vibre Hotel offers a fresh take on the five-star experience, departing from the traditional style while maintaining the high standards you would expect.

Dinner was satisfactory, though not particularly remarkable. However, breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality local products in the cold buffet. We also ordered from the à la carte menu, which was equally delicious.

The gym, while compact, is well-equipped, and in the morning, it is quiet enough to enjoy a private workout. As a small recommendation, it would be great to have at least a couple of mats available. The sauna and jacuzzi provided a relaxing end to the day, and like the rest of the hotel, were impeccably maintained.

Overall, everything was spotless and of the highest quality. I will certainly return to Vibre Hotel on my next visit to Cluj and will recommend it to friends...

The staff went above and beyond by assisting with dinner reservations at their rooftop restaurant. To our delight, they surprised us with a congratulatory cake for our wedding, a gesture that truly showcased their attention to detail and class.

Every interaction with the hotel staff reinforced that Vibre Hôtel truly deserves its 5-star rating, standing out distinctly from other accommodations in the city. Our only regret is not booking the entire week at this fabulous hotel rather than just two nights.
