Italiana — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Where should I start? This was the worst experience I have ever had with hotels. ||My friends and I booked medium-expensive rooms(160 lei) thinking that all should be in order, but the rooms we recieved didn't look like the ones in the photos on their website. ||Unfortunately we had nowhere else to go after a long trip so we decided to stay. ||One room was cold as a freezer, we had to ask for an extra electric heater, another one had a weird smell and smudged bed sheets and the third one had a sign that said "Do not enter" on it. When we asked what is that all about, the lady there told us that a girl that was in the room the night before left without checking out, taking the room key with her and leaving her luggage in the room. Our thought was that they surely mixed up the reservations and the girl had one more night booked.||My friends refused to stay in that room, they demanded a refund and left searching for a hotel in the city.||I wish there was a good thing to say about this hotel, but there isn't.||My advice: stay away...

I have made a reservation by phone and I asked for a special room and special requests ( flowers, cake, champagne :) ) since my trip was like a honeymoon.And I was very surprised that everything was just perfect, exactly as I have asked, and without any payment in advance and I have made a good impression with my husband ! They were very serious, friendly and helpfull and they made us feel special! We got help for all our problems: rent a car, map of the city, directions, recomandations ! And the room with jacuzzi was very clean, cozy, with petals of roses on the bed, in the jacuzzi, a full minibar with qualitative products ... For sure I ill go back and I will...

We only had one day in Brasov but we are very pleased about choosing this place. The lady from the reception, in a very good english, was very helpfull with lots of informations: touristic places, restaurants, tours and distances. All we needed to know she had an answer for us. The room was a nice and quite one, clean, and the sheets and the towels had a very, very nice and strong parfume. I recomand this place for sure, also bcse of the price of the room, wich was more than ok for city center and for the quality...
