Absolutely incredible! From the tasty and good looking food, to the nice and charismatic staff! Everything about this location gives the perfect vibes. The staff is so nice, as i realised all of Braşov’s people are, that as a tourist from Bucharest i was actually amazed. I had brunch here two times in 3 days and it is already in my top one restaurants i’ve eaten to in my whole life. No exaggeration! The employees have earned my heart. I dropped my knife 3 times and each and every time they replaced it without me even asking, and with a big smile on their face. They made my embarrassment go away with a few innocent jokes that made me feel good with the situation and just laugh it away. On top of that, they always checked on my experience in their restaurant: if i needed anything, if i enjoyed the food, etc. Let me also talk about the food. Gorgeous looking plateaus, i could eat them with my eyes. I was always looking at the other people’s food to just admire it and when i tell you i was drooling. And not just good looking, but insanely tasty too. It’s the kind of food that makes you wanna try the whole menu in a sitting. Also, no matter how much i ate, i never felt heavy. I was full but not heavy as most foods tend to make me feel. The right amount of healthy and tasty! I love this place so much, and whoever gets to visit Brașov should come at least once here. As a full time traveling nomad from the US, the thing I constantly lament about is finding a “true American breakfast,”—and that includes bacon-- which is never even close to American style bacon. This one came close, and that is what made us stop by.

The service was delightful, a slight language barrier, but that was dealt with, and the food came out quickly. I had a “standard” American breakfast with pancakes and eggs, plus coffee, which was surprisingly good. The bacon was NOT quite as crisp as it should have been, but I spoke with the owner, Nick, on the way out, and offered some feedback. He was not offended, but listened with an open mind, and shared about where he sources his bacon.

They have only been open a short time, but, as you can see by the reviews, they are doing a kick-ass job! Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly, and finding young help who truly tries to be hospitable, is never easy. Their prices are reasonable and the outside seating is superb, right behind the old walls and alongside a running creek.

Well, this restaurant is the business that you want to achieve in your dreams. I don’t really get impressed easily but the staff were perfect. I am living in Romania for 5 years now, on an Easter day, i was expecting the staff to be a bit grumpy due to not being with their families but boy was i wrong! Everybody has smile on their faces, not a fake but a genuine one! I suppose the owner is also a good person, i congratulate. Mr owner, if you are reading this, contact me please, i would like to hear how did you achieve all this! It has a garden which is cute, you are somehow separated from the crowd of Brasov itself.
