Pensiunea Noemi — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

To start with the positives, the location is great, it has wifi that works ok and it has non-smoking rooms (but see below!)||The bad parts:||1. For ten euros you can smoke in non-smoking rooms...|2. The reception area and the hallways stink of smoke.|3. The price is not the price, they add the booking.com fee (sorry trip advisor) and a service charge per day. To be fair they email you that they do this but after you have already paid the deposit. Factor in a 15% increase in what you expect to pay.|4. They use an exchange rate of 4.6 to the euro when the actual rate is...

Einigen Bewertungen hier muss ich eindeutig widersprechen. Immerhin handelt es sich hier um eine kleine Pension und nicht um ein Hotel mit entsprechend umfangreichen Service-Möglichkeiten. Und mein Anspruch auf eine kostengünstige, zentrumsnahe und freundliche Unterbringung ist voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Taxi-Stand sind innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räume sind mit einfachen Mitteln ansprechend und einfallsreich eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit ist lässt auch kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich in den Bädern besteht eindeutig Verbesserungsbedarf: wünschenswert wäre, dass die Waschbecken fest verschraubt sind, die Seifenhalter nicht verkalkt, eine Duschabtrennung oder ein Duschvorhang wäre wünschenswert. Als Fazit werde ich hier gerne für weitere Aufenthalte buchen.

Nu sunt deloc de acord cu unele comentarii de aici.. La urma urmei, este vorba de o casă de oaspeți mică și nu de un hotel cu un oportunități de servicii extinse. Și pretenția mea la o cazare la prețuri accesibile, centrală și prietenoasă este pe deplin îndeplinită. Locatia este foarte centrală, transportul public și stația de taxi sunt accesibile într-un minut, personalul este foarte prietenos și amabil. Camerele sunt decorate cu mijloace simple dar atractive și originale, curățenia de asemenea nu lasă de dorit. Numai în băi există în mod clar loc pentru îmbunătățiri: chiuvetele ar fi de dorit să fie înșurubate strâns, săpuniera să nu fie calcifiată, iar o cabină sau o perdea de duș ar fi de folos. În concluzie, eu sigur voi fi oaspete în această pensiune...

Price cheap very close to town,that's all the good things I can say .at check in staff was bad did not care about anything just wanted money for stay which we normally pay at end of stay ? Room window cracked shower only part worked door did on shut when in shower so water all over .only stayed two nights but no one cleaned room and had to chase around for clean towels oh and when booked there was a car park when there there is none!!!! Donot book other place better...
