Omelett — Restaurant in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Forget everything you thought you knew about eggs and prepare to experience true egg centric culinary delights. We entered this place not knowing what to expect, I mean it’s eggs, what’s new about eggs, people have been cooking eggs for centuries. But not like this! The decor, the food, the service, the drinks, everything was of an eggseptional quality (sorry, couldn’t help myself) I had the Asterix & OooBelix (omelette on toast, with coleslaw, sausage and cheese) while my wife had In The Mood For Love (poached eggs with fish and asparagus) and together we ventured into food paradise. Both were cooked to perfection and a real joy to eat. Accompanying this I had an Earl Grey tea and she had a Capuccino followed by a Latte. The drinks were…. Well, they were drinks, let’s face it you have to be pretty unskilled in the kitchen to go wrong with a tea bag and water, but my wife did prefer the Latte to the Capuccino. She did enjoy the capuccino but the Latte just managed to pull ahead in the taste race.

All in all, if you want to experience some exceptional eggy meals then I would definitely try...

Omelett in Brașov is a great place to stop by for a relaxed brunch or breakfast. The interior has a calm, minimalist vibe that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your meal. It feels thoughtfully designed — clean, modern, and not overdone.

The staff were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. Service was smooth and friendly throughout.

As for the food, the omelets are clearly the star — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Portions are generous, and there’s a nice variety to choose from. You can tell they pay attention to both ingredients and presentation.

Very nice place, the food is great and very tasty if you want a breakfast or brunch. They have quite a variety of options for all tastes. Exactly what the center needed. There is also a lunch option but I haven't tried it yet. And the coffee is top 3 in the city. The atmosphere is very cute and cozy, depite the height of the space, it doesn't feel pretentious at all. The architect created a nice contemporary intervention with pastel colors while carefully preserving the old frescas. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Definetly will come back. Also loved the chairs :) P.s.: not a fan of reviews, but this place really surprised me and this is a thank you for them. I wish them long and and fruitful...
