The hotel building is located on Nevsky Avenue. It is opposite the Winter Palace and Palace Square. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, cafe and souvenir shops. Convenient with a nearby metro - Admiralteyskaya. You must visit this metro as it is rank 3rd deepest underground metro station in the world (282ft)||||The hotel is on the highest floor of the building. Yes you need to climb few flight of staris to reach the hotel. But they do provide service to carry luggage up and down the hotel with advance notice. ||||The twin room we stayed is spacous, clean and bright. Comfortable bed. Bathroom with toiletries. As is in winter, there is heater in the room and bathroom as wel. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. At the reception area they provide hot and cold water machine.||||We had a good stay here. It would be more prefect if there is lift. However don't let the stairs keep you away from this hotel. The location itself is definitely a bonus. This hotel offers only basic facilities for guests however the hotel service more than makes up for this. The receptionist Anna was extremely helpful in providing directions, assistance with transportation and baggage, and with planning our limited time in the city. This is very useful for english speakers that are new to the city and her service to us was highly valued. Also the hotel is very good valuable and in an outstanding location for those wishing to visiting all the major attractions which are in walking distance. The only drawback is that there is no elevator for those with luggage and the hotel is located very high up. The hotel staff however will gladly assistance with your baggage though so please give them a heads up ahead of time if you are travelling...

We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The room was big, super clean, and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi :)||The kitchen is well equipped, and again, super clean. Those who work there are super nice, but do not speak a single word of english - but we had no problems with this :)||Only negative is that the wifi was a little slow (but stable), and that the indoor sound isolation is not-so-good (but still okay, we could mostly hear the other guests when we were in the bathroom)||||Would definitely stay here again!
