Hotel replying- #In point of fact, we had a technical issue that did not allow us to close your additional expenses with points. We offered you a quick solution, but you refused. excuse me you haven’t offer anything !! front desk even didn’t want to help me how to contact central support, i myself managed it and showed your front desk how its work, ( so stop lies)
My review was 5 for all visits in this hotel but. Jow im changing now to 3 star 🌟 for my last visit . The service became very bad . I booked for 3 day this time superior room city view . The room is okay but missing front mirror space what i shaw before in same category room, the room have mosquito 🦟 what bite my kid , there was no welcome or compliments ( we were receiving each time in previous visit) I had 52k Lh points (520usd) what will expire in 3 months, when i asked the front desk to use the points by point for payment , front desk informed me that technical difficulties and can not use points, email sent tech team will answer in week days , no more help how to deal with it, at end i myself find out the way how to transfer the lH points to certificate and use them ( that i had to tech them bcz they don't care at all) As a Gold member there is Room upgrade option that also wasn’t explained. i have asked front desk why no compliment this time , front desk said depending on member card , but i have gold and said will note but no one give that ( anyway this is not about we need those but it wasn’t good how they act . )
Not only that even door keeper also look dull this time , you need to say them hi then they will reply you back what i see opposite on different resorts and lotte itself . Overall i used to visit this hotel and back with good memories but this time...
Read moreHospitality re-defined!! This is the way in which I would sum up my experience. The hotel is known for luxury, but I think hospitality is what makes the experience unforgettable. I was part of a 6 night business trip with my family and trust me these 6 nights were made memorable because of the ambience, facilities, food and hospitality of your staff. The check in and check out experience was seamless. I would like to make special mention of the bell boys...they are helpful not only with the luggage but also helped my wife with the baby stroller. So kudos to them. The room was fantastic...great job by the housekeeping staff in maintaining the room and bathroom in an absolute spick and span manner. I think highlight of the visit was the breakfast....undoubtedly the best in Russia!!! Commendations to the chefs and stewards for making it a lifetime experience...the spread suits every palette and makes it a wholesome experience. The L'terrasa bar has a fantastic location and an equally hospitable staff. Overall kudos and congratulations to your entire team for making our stay memorable and one of the best experience we...
