Lusin Restaurant in Centria Mall: A Disappointing Decline in Service!
My wife and I recently dined at Lusin restaurant Centria Mall for dinner. While the food remained consistently delicious, mirroring our past positive experiences at this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the service was shockingly poor. The Armenian cuisine at Lusin continues to impress. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, as expected. However, the service was marred by unprofessional management. The supervisors appeared to discriminate against certain customers, neglecting our needs. We were initially given plastic cutlery, which was unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Only after requesting proper cutlery did the waiter reluctantly provide it. Requests for napkins were repeatedly ignored. The waiter would disappear and not return, despite being noticed by the supervisor. Furthermore, the supervisor did not check on us or inquire about our satisfaction with the meal. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff member at the time of payment, he was dismissive and offered only a half-hearted apology after I mentioned writing a Google review.
Overall: While the food at Lusin Centria Mall remains commendable, the service was abysmal. The unprofessional management, inattentive staff, and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were deeply disappointing. I witnessed other customers expressing similar complaints; yet the supervisor's response was indifferent.
Recommendation: I would not recommend Lusin Centria Mall branch due to the poor service. There are other excellent Armenian restaurants in Riyadh that offer comparable food quality with excellent service, such as Armin and other great Armenian restaurants.

Read moreWe used to come here twice a month or more once we feel tired of normal food and we want to taste this delicious food As a couple, single or even with the company group We even consider Lusin as a food supplier for our fine guests and VIP events Unfortunately, I had a confirmed reservation under my name last Friday at 11 PM And I make sure to book online and write my note to have outside table to enjoy the last few days of Riyadh exceptional weather Once we arrived at time the rude staff who was at the entrance ruined my day by keep saying your reservation is inside and I don’t have your note here! I keep telling him in a very gentle way I made the reservation and I’ve add the note by my self and this is not the first time and I need this table since i have a very special guest form UAE and I keep telling that you will enjoy the night because of Lusin great food! I’ve tried several times to inform this guy about my reservation but he was insisting that I’m a layer and he can’t see my note writing there in that stupid system He don’t even tried or bothered his self to calm me down by saying sorry for this inconvenience or this technical issue or even bring water at least or trying to do anything He keeps repeating that he don’t have the note in front of everyone!
I told him I’m leaving then he didn’t even answer or tried to say anything 😃
I’ll make sure that my self, the family, friends and the work group will not even pass by to this restaurant again At the end we are paying for the experience not the food only 😉
Thank you and Ramadan...
Read moreYesterday me and my guests had a reservation for dinner, we arrived punctually and we were attended promptly escorted to a nice table. The attention was fast and precise, the food superb. Then the waiter brought us wet napkins, no body asked us for coffee or dessert and equally fast we received the check without asking for it!!! We commented this facts and I felt we were swept out the place!!! I even made the comment that groups that arrived before and a couple of ladies that arrived simultaneously were still enjoying at their table while we were walking out the place. Is this how you make the place productive? Are we expats uncomfortable to you? (We were westerners appropriately dressed for the occasion). I gave three starts not really knowing how many to give them. I will leave it to the reader to draw his...
