Brighton Lodge — Hotel in Eastern Cape

Hmm. Work trip with "all room expenses to be billed to agent" . That didn't happen and had to pay cash. They "couldn't reopen the invoice" meaning I also can't claim the expense back (no receipt). Room decent EXCEPT the blind lets people look from the corridor into the room area where one typically undresses. Took 35 minutes to get the DVD player working (switched from a different room). It was obviously broken from the noise it made. No way to get out if leaving early without a staff member. No great for business / road trip...

Stayed here for 2 months on business trip oh I must say everyone there made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable the staff Claudett Rivonia Anny and last but not the least the owner Sue they all awesome people who made sure I had everything I needed everyday from the food to the cleaness of the room. I stayed here for a few nights in July and felt totally safe in this area. I had a nice room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, even for a picky eater like myself.
