Arrangements were made with regards to the parking on my double cab and car trailer. After a 12 hour journey, I found myself having to push my trailer into the tight spaces of the premises allocated by Loreen as she had no idea as to what the arrangements were. Luckily for another quest Fernando who assisted. Saturday morning there was no hot water at all in Room M, had to take cold showers. The Breakfast room was always short of cutlery or milk, had to keep requesting these items. The noise levels from the opening and closing of taps and flushing of the toilets from the other room was really disturbing at night. Monday, we were up at 4am, no hot water again.....It was a really frustrating experience at this venue. Jaan Maart was always willing to help but if you complained to anyone else, nothing was done. Our stay was a very uncomfortable one at Africa B&B especially the hot water issue which cannot be excused. Paying guests should not have to encounter such hurdles especially on holiday. I did leave a note for reception but no one has bothered to get back to me. Will never take my family to this...

Please do not ever visit this establishment as the owners nor the managers do not believe customers when a complaint is lodged. My suitcase was damaged by the person cleaning the room while I was out for work. I reported it to the reception and even sent pictures. I was told they would get back to me but they did not. I had to follow up again and was told they would speak to the cleaner and the owner. The cleaner denied breaking my suitcase wheel and the owner is nowhere to be found. I have not heard from them. I had to travel for another two weeks with a broken suitcase without a care in the world from Africa Beach B&B. You need to make sure that you take a video of your suitcase daily and send it to these owners or they wont believe you if you say it was broken by their staff. Worst...
