How wonderful to arrive at Nottingham Country House and be greeted with a happy smile from Thombe, this sets the homely atmosphere where the warmth and comfort envelopes you. Stepping into our room we are met with a lovely clean, fresh smell. When we were settled in our room I changed and went and spent about an hour in the sparkling pool, just relaxing from the heat in Port Elizabeth. Gives a farm house vibe. Furnished with early colonial style decor and furniture. Making it feel like a time capsule as you sleep in between and under a canopy of fynbos vegatation.
The shower is tall person friendly, and for our society short hobbits their is a corner bath. Bed and mattress is extremely comfy - dont let the antique furniture fool you.
