Innov8 Spaces Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Gauteng

I have never experiencd such bad customer service and misleading photographs advertised by Enigma Apartment .I booked online paid via EFT in full only to be unhappy with the accommodation on arrival.The receptionist saw how disappointed I was and offered me refund. I didn’t use their facilities but I was later denied my refund as the management claimed I cancelled my booking and that there are cancellation fees which have not been stated on their website. If there are cancellation policies why did the receptionist offer me a refund instead of explaining these policies ? I initially booked for a two bedroom but was given a separate studio apartment and a one bedroom apartment and they claimed that it is a two bedroom apartment. They have clearly stated they do not care how customers perceive photographs posted by them, that the photographs are not accurate but are photographs closed to what they actually provide. The management is rude and have no customer value let alone business ethics. In regards to the refund offered on the day no refund has been provided to me thus far. I wouldn’t recommend anyone...

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. Firstly there were things that weren’t working like the aircon. We asked for it to be fixed several times and it was not fixed. We also had asked for 2 towels as we were 2 guests and needed one towel each but they did not provide us with 2, instead with 1 towel. The sockets they had did not even match the hair dryer plug for the hair dryer that was provided by the hotel itself. The shower was leaking and wet the whole floor and water even reached the actual room. Over and above that, we had to pay a certain fee that would be refunded to us at the conclusion of our stay but it has been nearly a week and it has not been refunded to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I stay at hotels and BNBs all the time and none of them even came close to this one in terms of how disappointed I was with the overall experience. Beautifully finished. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, clean and neat, with stunning modern accents. Wash machine and tumble dryer facilities and a fridge with a ester dispenser. In the we one room was s mini fridge . the concierge at reception was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are independently air conditioned, master en-suite bathroom has a bath and a shower. The only suggestion I would make is to have larger complimentary soaps/gel and a wash machine tab or soap. Would highly recommend this establishment.
