First of all i have been thinking to sue the whole shop or everyone who was involved in taking my Booking. On the 28th of February i went to make my Booking in person at spurs Monte Casino for my Daughter's 4th year Birthday. One of the staff took my Booking and we agreed on the time and day i was going to come. On Saturday afternoon i took my cake to the shop and they assured me that it was safe Leaving my cake at the shop for they will put it in the refrigerator because the booking was on Sunday evening. To my surprise after receiving countless calls from their shop confirming my booking nonstop we finally got at spurs 18:30 and we were asked to wait because they ddnt have a table for us.. As disappointing as it is i was shocked and embarrassed infront of my guest because i had assured them that all was sorted. The most painful and humiliating moment was when they brought my Daughter's cake which was never in the fridge and all the icing was falling off.. and the cake looked terrible.. Because of my frustrations and the fact that my booking wasnt available i had to go and look elsewhere but as for my damaged cake i really want some action to be taken otherwise this can go far. Intially Bafana came to the table after we placed our order to advise that my wife’s schnitzel was ready and he was just waiting for my steak to get done , 30 minutes later Bafana arrived with my steak (wrong steak by the way) and advised he forgot the snitzel I called the a manager frans while still waiting for the schnitzel as the the steak that was brought to me was not what I had ordered , the correct steak and schnitzel was than brought to our table only to find out that the snitzel was now cold. needless to say that I was extremely frustrated by the service after waiting almost an hour with the food now being cold. buhle the other manager advised that we should wait another 15 minutes to reorder and get the correct order to us , however at this point I was at my wits end and decided to leave the restaurant to find another place to eat. Read moreInitially the experience was good, the waiter seemed attentive and had lots of energy, however that seemed to fizzle out as soon as we had paid. We ordered the buffalo wings and ribs and I ordered the bacon,chicken and avo salad to go. Once we’d finished eating, we then had to pay and wait for the avo salad, which wasn’t an issue as I was still finishing my drink. However 40 minutes later, we were still waiting for the salad, we then told the waiter to cancel the order and refund us the money for the salad. Lol he said this wouldn’t be an issue, he just needs to speak with his manager. More waiting and waiting until I decided to call the manager myself to ask what the hold up was. After speaking with the waiter and rechecking our slip, it turns out that he never included the salad in the first place and we were waiting for NOTHING. This is extremely frustrating as we spent an hour waiting for absolutely nothing when we could have gone and fulfilled the rest of our obligations for the day.
