My Hotel Review: (One or two important criticisms)
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Pivot Hotel at Montecasino. The hotel boasts a charming Italian-inspired design that carries through its pool area, terrace deck, bar, and lounge foyer. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is also a major plus—being just steps away from Montecasino makes it an ideal spot for entertainment and leisure.
One area that could use improvement is the restaurant, Punchinello's. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I encountered a charge for water at a buffet breakfast. Given the premium price of a night's stay, I found this surprising and a bit disappointing. It detracted from the overall experience and is the reason I rated the service three stars instead of higher. The restaurant service can also improve. It felt as if I was trying to give them a good customer service. They seemed preoccupied with logistics and very short (not friendly and welcoming). Additionally, our room had a minor issue with the bathtub plug being stuck, which was a bit inconvenient.
Despite these small drawbacks, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lively, enjoyable atmosphere. It’s a great choice for a short getaway or a weekend escape. I would definitely recommend the Pivot Hotel to anyone seeking a one or two-night stay near Montecasino. For a longer stay, I would possibly recommend somewhere else.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in an excellent location, but unfortunately my stay was overshadowed by very poor management regarding a simple request.
From the first day of my stay, I asked about the possibility of a late check-out on my departure day. I was told I would need to ask again on the last day. I even made it clear that I was more than willing to pay for the service, yet nothing was arranged. To be sure, I asked again the evening before my departure, only to receive the same answer: “Ask tomorrow morning.”
So, this morning at 8:00 AM, I went to the reception. The manager, in a rather unfriendly tone, informed me that the hotel was fully booked and it was not possible. I explained that I had been requesting this for two weeks, but she repeated the same response with no courtesy or effort to find a solution.
This is a serious lack of organization and respect for guests. If late check-out is not possible, the hotel should say so from the very beginning, so that guests can plan accordingly and perhaps book an additional night.
It’s a real shame, because the property itself deserves praise, but such an attitude completely ruins the overall experience.

Read moreHi all so firstly to be honest I always taught that staying at the Pivot Hotel was awesome and amazing but this time I am the most unhappy guest here cos we booked in and paid in advance for a specific room and in the day of arrival we could not get the room and we were not informed and the staff at reception is unfriendly and was of no help,so we were given a room and the wooden doors to close the bathroom from the room was broken and could not close so we were given another room and we put the aircorn on so we gave it a while to work and came back to a hot room and we bought some stuff that had to go into the bar fridge and to find out its not working so at 11:30 at night we were moved to another room and that was crazy but ok. So the next day we went out for breakfast and had the sign do not disturb so it was taken out at 11:30 and took of the sign and went to the mall and was back after 2 so we came to a room not cleaned and as for the room cleaner she was pathetic and rude and I was very unhappy for the fact that we could not get ready to go for the bolloywood festival in time. So to be honest the service is terrible and I think they should really do something about it and that is why they are not getting 5 star because of the rudeness and bad services. Unhappy guest.
