La Orchard hotel — Hotel in Gauteng

I don't even know where to start... We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples for 3 nights, and the entire stay was miserable! The attitude and care from the staff is the main reason for my review. Firstly, they only give you one bath towel per room, and you have to beg them for a second even though there are 2 people staying per room. Then, when I return in the late afternoon, they tell you that they washed your towels and it is still drying so I have to wait to get the towels back. How can they only keep one set of towels per room? I would return in the afternoon wanting to rest, but they will only start cleaning the rooms then. ||||They gave us a room right next to the reception desk, and they would be making noise till late at night preventing us from getting any sleep. Also, the window to that bathroom is so exposed that people walking outside can see your shadow!!! We have to beg for an iron (which is badly maintained), the power would keep tripping and pictures of the rooms are also very deceiving.||||Every time we requested something from the staff, they would roll their eyes and make it seem like we are asking for the moon. Where is the basic care towards customers? The owner really needs to pay attention...

First of all the girl infront made us stand to verify whether we paid or not.||She gave us a room with no towels, soap etc.||I went back to tell her about this, she was not bothered and told us to wait until the towels dry up. ||I went back to check the towels again and she further told me to wait while shes playing on the PC and not bothered that im tired i needed a bath as soon as possible and I really waited and the soap and other things were not there.||The noise in the passage 🙆🏾‍♂️. Some other guests were playing in the passage, making a loud noise and singing while we trying to sleep and had to wait for them.||The TV channels were terible, couldnt watch a thing as the tv was not clear and looked rainy.||The kettle has old water inside, leaves and other things and we were basically given their left overs, we could not use it at all. ||The shower had very cold or very warm slow dripping water. ||No phones to call and ask for help from the reception. ||Your service was...
