The moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The attention to detail for every little thing was "unbelievable". The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. The room was spotless and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The views from our room were exceptional and the sunrise each morning was worth waking up for. The fact that it is within walking distance to the beach, Main Road and plenty of fine restaurants makes it even more appealing.|The daily breakfast was fantastic and the fact that you could help yourself to coffee at anytime of the day or night was a bonus. We had a truly memorable stay at Ocean Watch Guest House. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the nearest beach and within easy reach of excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions - yet the atmosphere remains peaceful and serene. The views across the bay are breathtaking, and the guest house itself is elegant and beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail. Every corner of the property was spotlessly clean and inviting. Vanessa, the manager, along with her wonderful team, made us feel so welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness were much appreciated. You have a wonderful view over the bay and a great outdoor terrace with a barbecue, fridge and much more. We had what we thought was the most beautiful room: the ‘Shell Room’. We also had a direct view of the bay, but the room with its sliding door is located directly on the terrace, which is also the entrance to the room. The room is a bit small, but we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There is free parking directly in front of the hotel for guests only. It is located on a hill and there is a short walk down to the beach and, more noticeably, back up again. So we drove to The Fat Fish twice in the evening to enjoy some really delicious food.
