Brown-dot Hotel — Hotel in Busan

Opposite the hotel, constructions is going during stay. Many entertainments, foods, convenience stores within walking distance, train station is also very near. Staff is very friendly and helpful, however our room clean always forgot to top up the utilities kits like laundry pods and others. Washing machine in certain rooms, however it is without dryer. There is a laundry room at the basement carpark free to use with washing powder provided. Downside the lift do not reach, u need use the stairs. It will be faster to wash n dry at the laundry room. Machine is bigger and dryer do very gd job, hot and Crispy after drying. Price still consider quite steep for small...

Do not stay here, this hotel is dishonest. I made a free cancellation booking on booking.com and cancelled it before the deadline but the hotel did not do a full refund. I do not see any clause in the cancellation terms which states any part of the amount will be withheld. I've sent them an email on 21 Dec but have not heard from them at all. There is no official website for this hotel and no other way to contact them. What a dishonest way of doing business. Please do not stay with them...

🇹🇼遊釜山四天都住這裡，適合大部分時間都不在房間，只需要乾淨好睡，電視大可以好好休息跟喜歡海雲台周圍的旅客 除了便宜，房間的大小空間很夠兩個人使用，很喜歡房間還設有一個小玄關，跟浴室還有門口做隔離，隱私性更佳👏 還有電壓是國際電壓孔，可以直接使用🔋

浴室水壓很強，旅館也有附一次性用品不用特地去買，包含洗臉跟潤髮；還有吹風機也吹的很快，不是小台的那種要吹很久；馬桶是免治馬桶 不過比較可惜的地方：雖然浴室有乾濕分離，但是玻璃擋板下面仍然有縫隙、所以水還是會滲透到馬桶附近，不過很快就乾了

另外打掃也算乾淨，櫃檯有問我們要不要打掃服務，確實每天都有來清潔，然後房間可以自己控制冷氣溫度，不是中央空調這點很讚👍 每天都有附三瓶水，不夠也可以去一樓櫃檯拿

電視很大真的很棒，可以看YouTube 跟Netflix...
