Best Indian I've had in quite some time. The food was really delicious and I had a hard time stopping eating as it was all too good. But in this instance my opinion is less important. My wife (Korean) had tried Indian food before and really didn't like it. She only grudgingly agreed to go because we've been trying new places and I've been craving Indian for quite some time now.
She was prepared, nay, expecting to smile and choke down the food to please me, her husband, so I could enjoy my meal without guilt. Let it be known that she was absolutely shocked and delighted with the food we had. We usually wait till we've left a place before deciding if we'll come back again, but she blurted out in the middle of the meal, "I would happily come here again!"
We definitely over ordered as it's our habit with new places so we can get a good feeling of their dishes, avoiding making snap judgements based on one dish.
Everything was great. We couldn't finish it all because it was too much for two people who've been trying to eat healthy lately (read as smaller portions).
Our Order: Vegetable Samosas, Tandoori Mushrooms, Lamb Tikkah, Chicken Palik (curry), Naan, Aloo Kulcha, and a Plain Lassi (sweet).
We were stuffed and had to bring some home with us for later.
Other notes, the decor is nice and the staff is very friendly. If you get a chance cause you need one ask for a toothpick for a laugh.
For the best seat in the house, pick the booth near the window. Whomever has that spot can clearly see the ocean while...

I had an absolutely delightful experience at hi~asian (punjab) in Haeundae Beach, Busan. This gem of a restaurant offers a rare combination of Korean, Pakistani, and Indian cuisine, making it one of the few halal options in the area. Not only does it boast stunning views of the beach, but the warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff truly made my visit memorable.
From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a smiling man who made me feel incredibly welcome. Despite not intending to dine there initially, I'm so glad I did! The aroma of the food alone was enticing, and the flavors did not disappoint. The blend of different food cultures created a unique and delightful culinary experience.
The staff's friendliness and attentiveness added to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. Their great service made me feel right at home. I can't recommend hi~asian (punjab) enough for anyone looking to embark on a new and exciting gastronomic journey.
If you're in Busan, do yourself a favor and visit hi~asian (punjab) at Haeundae Beach. You won't be disappointed! A big thank you to the restaurant and its staff for changing my mind and making this meal one to remember. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Five stars...
Read moreFor Food i give 2 stars. I ordered lamb korma with butter naan and a tandoori tikka. Lamb curry was good but naan and tandoori tikka was tasteless. The tikka was not juicy at all and the naan was hard i don't how they are making the food but this was not indian breads. 2 stars only for curry otherwise zero.
For atmosphere it was really hot and there was a rush going on it takes me 5 min to get a table then order the system was not well organized. So 1 star for atmosphere.
For Service i will give 1 star. Cauz they don't about curries at all. I asked them to what is your special one they are saying they don't know. So, i chose lamb korma myself although tandoori tikka came late. So 1 star i wish i can zero but no options
My overall rating is 1 star out of 5. And i advice people don't visit this restaurant on the basis of...
