Hotel Skypark Jeju 1 — Hotel in Jeju

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was given room number 506. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom was unclean as the toilet was covered in urine stains and had hair all over it. After informing the receptionist of the situation, they showed a lack of interest and changed my room to number 906. Unfortunately, the same hygiene issue occurred with the toilet bowl, as it was covered in urine stains, unflushed. It was evident that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before new check-in guests arrived.||It is astonishing to think that both rooms had the same unhygienic conditions. This raises concerns about the cleanliness of other rooms. I kindly request the hotel management to closely monitor room cleanliness and ensure that front office staff handle guest feedback with professionalism and sincerity, without displaying any negative expressions.||The condition of the bathrooms during my stay at the hotel on Jeju Island was a great disappointment. Hotel breakfast time is from 6.30am to 9am; It was not communicated upon check-in as system still shows breakfast till 10am. When we came down late for breakfast on the first day, the service staff refused to let us have breakfast and just cleared out all the food. It is very rude behaviour. The cleaning staff just replenished the amenities without cleaning the toilet and floor. At times, the amenities were not even replenished and we have to ask for it. 1* only for the convenient location to shops. Room faced a very narrow alley and into the windows of the next building so you can't open the curtains. no Aircon in autumn so you have to leave the window open but there's not much air circulation. very noisy (1st night could hear nearby outdoor karaoke till about 10+pm and people talking loudly, 2nd morning smells from nearby restaurant floods the room and nearby construction begins at 730am). pillows are way too squishy offering almost no support. did not have any good sleep...
