I had a tight budget and this hotel went above expectations. Im not a someone who likes to share toilets or rooms with others, so hostels are a pain. This hotels quality vs price is truly fantastic (Ive worked in a hotel, trust me). Breakfast included was delicious, very korean based which means that if you think you can find some pancakes or cereal with milk, think again, although they did have toast. Nevertheless it was delicious and I never had any complaints. I enjoyed immersing myself in the food and culture.... thats the point right? Staff is very friendly and speaks enough English. Hotel has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and you can buy the detergent there too. The room comes with a mini fridge and an electric kettle +mug, and you get fresh towels and 1 water bottle every single day... Lobby has free tea for you to take whenever you want. Location was good, subway is at a 3-4 minute walking distance, and there are about 3 convenience stores between 1-3 blocks distance from the hotel (1 of them is literally next door). WIFI is very stable. Probably the only negative is that I couldn't have any guests over to the room, only in the lobby. All in all, I very much...

Location wise is very convenient with eateries around; and Singil Metro Station very close by.The breakfast is typical Korean, cooked by a few old ladies like home cook meal. But the seats are limited, can be very crowded in the morning peak from 8am. Hotel receptionist speaks simple English but her service is just robotic (not rude though). I had requested for a higher floor in booking yet she ignored and assigned me 4th floor while I can see there are many empty rooms on the higher floors (the cards/forms slots against the rooms are clearly visible). Anyway, I was too tired to engage her, just let it be.What I am puzzled is that why I am paying a higher rate with more than 5 months advance booking with payment in full, yet when checking in, notice the walk-in rate is lower than I had paid. It begs the question why should I booked so advance in full payment through Trip.com.Nevertheless, overall, I am satisfied...
