Enjoy Apartments — Hotel in Barcelona

Liked - The location of the apartment is great. There are many restaurants nearby and it is about 10 blocks from Placa Catalunya and Placa Espanya. It is also quite close to bus and train stops. It presented clean and comfortable and is a good size for four persons. The kitchen was well equipped although we never cooked. We found the washing machine very handy. This apartment has a street view and balcony. We appreciated it but others need to be aware that this comes with a good bit of street noise.

Disliked · Although we arrived early, we gave adequate notice of our arrival and reminded the "key holder" of our arrival time when we departed the airport. We again phoned when we arrived at the apartment but still had to wait an hour before he showed. He also didn't have good knowledge of the apartment. The larger bathroom had cracks in the tiles and signs of water damage. The window louvers could use a re-paint and repair. We stayed for two weeks and were disappointed to learn that there was no towel or sheet replacement after one week. Unfortunately, after a few days, construction in the street produced a lot of noise and made it uncomfortable to remain in the apartment. The key gave problems opening the door at times. The agents have an online presence and were difficult to communicate with. I prefer a face to face experience. The web site does not give a true representation of which apartment you will get, nor do the agents give you an insight once you have booked. Its a bit...

Worst experience I ever had with a stay anywhere in the world. We had booked the apartment for a business and leisure trip of our company. We got into a different apartment than the one shown on booking.com and it couldn't even accommodate the 5 of us. It was an apartment for 4 and they suggested to bring another single bed to be put next to the double bed, where there was no space. The reservation was cancelled without us asking for it and they eventually kicked us out of the apartment. We had to find another apartment after spending 3 hours talking with booking.com and this company. Very bad communication & service. The other one we booked had much faster service, no deposits and much friendlier customer service for checking in and out. They spoke much better English too....

Very nice apartment and staff. Sol messaged me already before we came to Barcelona to ask how the flight was and if everything was on time. She also met us in person when we came to the apartment to welcome us and give us information. The apartment was located a bit further away from Las Rambla than we tought, but we only had to walk 10-15 minutes to get there, so this was not an issue. Nothing negative to say, but a suggestion from us is that you get more information about the bed situation, because we didn’t know how man beds and sofabeds there were in the apartment. It was one doublebed, two single beds and four sofabeds.
