We stayed in September and found the hotel and room to be charming . Good location as well. However , they gave us the room that shares a wall with a CONSTRUCTION zone ( half the building is under construction ). We woke up to LOUD BANGING AT 7:30am each morning. We informed front desk and a room change was not offered . The air conditioning has a large lit up display indicating the degrees it is set at - it was too much light for us to be able to sleep comfortably. No way to turn it off. They SHOULD NOT RENT ROOMS ON THIS SIDE OF THE BUILDING ( left) THAT SHARES A WALL WITH A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic, nice and stated that construction workers weren’t supposed to start until after 9. I was compensated a little bit off the bill, which I really appreciated. However, no amount of warmth and niceness at the front desk can make up for poor sleep when you’re traveling. I recommend you check which side...
Read more5 stars is not enough. I have been a resident of this hotel for almost a month and half. The hotel is amazingly clean and the rooms are rustic but also have a modern feel. The personal attention they give their clients is amazing. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel like a part of the family and they made sure to always tend me. Always offering me food, drink, when came in from a hard days work and also helping this American get around in this beautiful town recommending where to go and eat. The location is also great and walking distance to most of the popular places in town. It is located next to a very beautiful and peaceful park. The only complaint is not with the hotel but the city. Parking was challenging so if you rent a car talk to the girls at the front desk they can recommend a nearby parking lot. Really amazing hotel. Make sure the checkout the terrace on top of...
Read morePerfectly preserved ancient Spanish architecture and modern convenience perfectly combined. This hotel is gorgeous. We stayed in an apartment 101 and it has everything you need. It is on a super quiet street but it is only 5 minutes walk to all the main restaurants and bars and only 2 minutes walk to the sea front. The hotel offer off site secure parking too which is only a couple of minutes walk away. There are no sea view rooms here as the hotel is amongst buildings but they have an amazing ancient tower on a roof terrace where you can sit and see the sea in various directions and usually a mind blowingly enormous cruise ship parked in the port. If you ask them they will bring you a cold beer up to the roof garden.|Thanks for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back next time we...
