I had a terrible experience at this hotel with a number of issues. ||But, the worst was the straight up lies by the GM of the hotel. ||The housekeeping staff were obviously told to either remove the card key ( that turns on the power in the room ) after each cleaning or pull it up an inch so it disconnects. || So, your devices that were charging will be turned off. ||Same with AC too.||I was there 4 nights and I told after the very first cleaning |||! They told so sorry and it wont happen again. ||and they did every time, but this time instead of taking out the card key they told the maids to simply pull it up an inch so that the power is off. ||Again and again I told them each day for 4 nights and they did it every single time !!!,||And the manager said oh so sorry , I did not know that.||| Oh yeah, the maids take it up upon themselves independently to this every single day !! What liars !||I paid for the room with the electricity, I need the room cool and my devices charged when I return after 7-8 hours each day !!!||But no, I paid and they would not allow me to use the room during those hours. No partial refund nothing, just lies and the manager just blames the maids …who take it upon themselves to do this on their own ? ||Yeah, right. !! We are not all stupid. ||They are told to do this to save money. || Even though I paid for the room. || In 2024 if we cannot charge our devices our rooms is practically worthless. This is Eurostars .|| They are a terrible company that hires dishonest managers. ||You pay and don’t get what you paid for ! That’s the result ! ||I have the name of the GM lady if needed. Avoid this hotel and the...

There were a few hot items, Spanish omelette, bacon, mixed vegetables but not really much else. Plenty of coffee, tea, juice options..,|Yes, it was a 10min walk to the Mezquite, though preferred to be out of the completely tourist area, |An Aldi just around the corner for extra drinks and fruit etc, and plenty of “local” places to eat nearby rather than tourist...
Read moreThe hotel is very modern. The towel warming rack is greatly appreciated in the bathroom, not only for warming towels, but drying handwashed delicates in the sink. And, there is a bidet in the bathroom, as well. The bed is large and comfortable and the location is convenient. I'd recommend walking over to the Plaza de la Corredera for a meal, rather than back to the old town. (Why? It is so close, and its a beautiful change from the rest of the town and you'll pass the Roman Temple, too). The little shop across the street (Taberna Entrecalles) serves a great coffee and the gentleman is very pleasant. You can have a cappacino in the pedestrian area in front of your hotel when you return from your sightseeing which makes this hotel ideal for...
