Gelato Ibiza — Restaurant in Ibiza

I don't even know where to start with this place... We were a group of 10 people. When we arrived the terrace was EMPTY( at 9am). The service was a complete disaster, they mixed up the orders and 3 people from my group didn't receive their breakfast until 45min later! And their order was as simple as a croissant and a coffee! When we reminded the waiters after 30min they responded with a bad attitude and were even walking away from us when we were trying to explain things to them. Super dissapointed, stay away from this place if you want to have a nice stress-free breakfast with nice service. I’ve headed down to the shop after seeing the cinnamon rolls pictures on Instagram. I ordered one at the table with a coffee. There is no tag where you show the price of cinnamon rolls where you display them, and the price is not even on your menu. So with big surprise I found myself charged with 6€ for a cinnamon roll. When I asked if the price is correct I was told that “it’s artisanal” hence the price. I understand artisans craft their arts and source the best products. However it’s a pity to use the term “artisanal” to exaggerate price tags. I don’t remember paying this much for a pastry not even in the best pastry shops in Paris. can we say amazing gelato!!!! started in Barcelona and traveled through to Rome' I have to say this was the best gelato I had!!! This Gelateria/Cafe makes seriously AMAZING gelato. I had the berry cheesecake gelato and my husband had vanilla/chocolate. both were just delicious and you can taste the quality and artistry this gelato is made with (cone was delicious as well).They also have a menu that includes coffees, pastries and sandwiches. this isn't just food to them, they are artist. beautifully made food!!! on the back glass it says gelato lab... love that!!! also super nice people who take pride in their craft!!!
