Recently stayed at this hotel. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is due to its location. Perfect location within the Chueca neighborhood, on Calle Fuencarral, a pedestrian only street with lots of small shops, restaurants and cafes. Very popular shopping street and tourist area in the center of Madrid. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are not comfortable at all and not very clean. I have to point out that because the bed sheets were so small they became undone and exposed a very dirty and stained mattress cover. Totally disgusting. Also the room floors were very dirty, noticeable when barefoot walking. The mattress sits on an oversized wood platform with sharp corners that I kept bumping into (because the rooms are extremely small you can’t help but bump into the corner). There is very limited space to put your clothes so we ended up leaving our luggage on the floor and getting our daily clothes from there. Since the lighting in the room is so poor, it was a very tedious process to access your clothes, especially at night. The bathrooms are not private at all. There’s only a wooden fence like wall directly behind the bed separating it from the room. The shower and the toilet area is separated by a sliding glass door, which did not close all the way, therefore not soundproof at all. Lol! The staff however were very friendly and helpful. Every morning we would find a bag with goodies (water and pastries) outside our door. That was nice. They also have a cafe and snack area with a terrace (electric wiring exposed), and again overall a little dirty. If it’s location you want, go for it! Everything else, unfortunately, I don’t recommend.

Our 3rd floor room with 2 balconies was small in sf as shown on the website, but the layout was just fine for a couple. Housekeeping kept it extremely clean the entire time and the mattress and pillows were EXCELLENT! The location was also excellent with no more than a 20-25 minute walk or less to all of the major monuments, cathedrals, shopping and train stations and the Gran Via metro is right at the end of Fuencarral. The supermarket with fresh fruits, meats and cheeses along with a great variety of everything was also 5 minutes up Fuencarral. We couldn't believe how quiet our room was it was at night even though we were in the shopping area. The staff was exceptional and we enjoyed the terrace/kitchenette area that was extremely clean and always had delicious cookie, juice and coffee assortments along with fresh fruits available 24 hrs a day! We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel is super cute and well put together; the pictures I took don't have any filters, and it has very modern decor for the price you pay. They have a cafeteria on the fifth floor with a fantastic sitting area where you can work and chat and a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. The bedrooms are spacious (the bed is excellent) with a desk to work at if you’re coming to work, good Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge to store beverages; in the morning, they have a little bag with some sweet treats for your morning coffee. In the cafeteria, you can find coffee, juice, water, tea, cookies, and fruit for free, and there is a vending machine. This is my third time staying in the hotel, and it won’t be my last.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during the first leg of our trip in Spain. It's very reasonably priced for a hotel in such a great location. Calle Fuencarral is a great street with lots of good shopping and food. The hotel is within 15 minutes walk to Calle Gran Via and Plaza del Callao, another two popular shopping areas. Metro access is convenient with two stations nearby that will allow travel around Madrid. If walking is not an issue, Plaza Mayor and Sol are 30 minutes walk away for more tourist attractions.

The rooms were clean, well appointed and cozy. Standard amenities included as basic toiletries, hairdryer, TV, desk, free WiFi (of good speed and connectivity). There's free breakfast that gets hung from your door handle every morning around 7-8am in a paper bag consisting of juice, pastries and fruit. The communal kitchen up on 5th floor is always open with free coffee, tea bags, fruit so you never have to worry about food. However, I did miss the convenience of having a kettle in the hotel room so I can make my own instant coffee in the morning without having to get changed and put on shoes to go upstairs. Another problem was the climate control. The motor is a bit too noisy for my liking and disturbed sleep was a problem. Luckily the weather was mild and we could do without the aircon/heater at night anyway. Otherwise, this place is great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone...

Unfortunately I have to be honest, this is not a hotel it’s a good value hustle, I read the reviews and they are not misleading! Great staff, amazing location, place it self is clean, unlimited water and coffee which is rare nicely and we appreciate it but the room we go was too small to the point had to cancel our second night we changed our train ticket and came to Barcelona 1 night sooner. Staff were kind enough to refund the second night we paid in advance, I just couldn’t take it was very very very small, and neighbours very really noisy and loud we had window to patio there was a lady sitting by the window smoking and on speaker phone talking to someone and then a few girls screaming and laughing, bad environment in the building, but again if you don’t mind amazing location and nice and welcoming staff. I think it’s a really good hustle but price is almost only $30 euro less than a much better hotel 5-7 mins walk from there , we took a look and there were a few options for under $300 euro per night for an actual hotel with lobby … Regardless thanks for having us. Also the day we were checking out the nicely had a gift by our door to take with us including 2 water and cookies which is thoughtful and nice. If you are ok with hustles this is an amazing place good location and service a bit pricier than other hustles because it’s...
