The food was phenomenal but I have a huge problem with restaurants that make it seem like food is included with a meal.

I ordered the Tuna stuffed Cannelloni, so very good…and a coffee. I didn’t want anything else and that was all I ordered. The server did ask if I wanted an appetizer…I said no. I don’t speak conversational Spanish very well but I do understand the basics. I told her that was it. She came back a few minutes later and asked if I wanted bread. I haven’t run into the bread problem in Spain like I have in Italy. Most places it’s been included with the meal. Just little pieces or slices.

She brought out a huge piece of focaccia bread and I immediately knew it was too big to be free. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t 100% sure yet.

Sure enough. 3€. Barely even touched it.

I absolutely hate restaurants like this. When a customer with limited Spanish skills says that’s it after they’ve ordered, leave it alone.

salumeria- quesos italianos: surtido muy bueno, con gorgonzola, parmesano, un queso ahumado y mozzarella con pesto por encima con unas nueces en el centro que le dan un toque increible a los quesos, acompañados de una focaccia muy bien condimentada y que favorece a los quesos Pizza de pollo e cambembert: pizza de massa fina, pero no muy fina, super bien echa, con un toque de almendras que predomina en la mayoria de la pizza pero tambien el pollo que a simple vista parece cocido, esta muy muy bueno, puesto un poco mas tarde i quedando perfectamente ligado en la pizza, el camembert no se nota mucho pero con el toque de miel se agradece el cambio de dulce salado para nada empalagoso. Pizza ou y trufa: pizza que volvemos con el tema de la truffa, si te gusta la truffa te encantara si no te hace mucha gracia es una pizza que con un psr de trozos ya estas totalmente lleno porque la trufa predomina por encima de las setas y el huevo que solamente esta en el centro, como en la mayoria de pizzas, pero la gran diferencia es que esta perfectamente cocido, la massa un pelo mas fina a mi parecer pero tambien decir que perfecta. Salsa picante(aceite) muy bueno, aunque tienes que echar mucho porque es bastante comercial.

La atencion a los clientes fabulosa, siendo solamente una perdona para atender todo el comedor y servir a la mesa, espectacular, hemos tenido que avisarle que ya sabiamos las pizzas pero rapidamente nos ha atendido y traido, ninguna queja!!!!

Unbelievable what a frustrating experience I had with this delivery! How can a pizza that's supposed to be hot and tasty arrive cold as ice, squashed, and inedible? It's simply outrageous and shameful to send a product in such a condition to customers! How can you completely ruin the simple pleasure of eating pizza? They literally threw the food at us as if we aren't even worth the basic decency of a quality check. It's not just that the pizza was awful, the service and customer treatment here seriously need immediate improvement. We can't let this go quietly! And if that wasn't bad enough, we found pieces of plastic in the pizza itself, and the pizza box was wet and disgusting! Simply horrifying!!

¡Increíble la experiencia frustrante que tuve con esta entrega! ¿Cómo puede ser que una pizza que debería llegar caliente y sabrosa llegue fría como el hielo, aplastada e incomible? ¡Es simplemente una desfachatez y una vergüenza enviar un producto en tal estado a los clientes! ¿Cómo es posible arruinar completamente el simple placer de comer una pizza? Literalmente nos lanzaron la comida como si ni siquiera valiéramos la decencia básica de una revisión de calidad. No solo fue terrible la pizza, el servicio y el trato al cliente aquí necesitan urgentemente una mejora. ¡No podemos dejar pasar esto en silencio! ¡Y por si eso no fuera suficiente, encontramos pedazos de plástico en la pizza y la caja estaba húmeda y...
