Matteo is by far the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for a comfortable and memorable stay. The apartment is modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—from air conditioning to a jacuzzi and swimming pool. And let’s not forget the beach just down the road and that view—absolutely breathtaking!

What truly sets this experience apart is Matteo’s attention to detail and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even set up the TV in Polish for my parents-in-law and surprised my mother-in-law with a thoughtful birthday gesture on the day of her arrival. These personal touches made all the difference.

Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento una settimana fa insieme a mia moglie e alla mia bimba di un'anno. È stata una bella vacanza... Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin da subito...in aeroporto siamo stati accolti dall'entusiasmo dell'host Matteo che ha subito provveduto a fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per farci trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. L'appartamento è davvero molto bello, la sua ubicazione in cima alla città offre una vista sul centro di Puerto Rico e su parte dell'Oceano e tutto ciò si può ammirare direttamente dalla splendida e grande terrazza dotata anche di un tavolo, amaca e una jacuzzi. Inoltre per chi non volesse cucinare niente paura, basta raggiungere il centro a pochi minuti e vi si apre una grande vastità di locali che soddisfano palati di ogni genere. Apprezzatissima anche la piscina privata del residence. Si può raggiungere in mochi minuti diverse spiagge tra cui la nostra preferita: LA SPIAGGIA AMADORES, dotata di parcheggio gratuito direttamente all'ingresso, con possibilità sia di usufruire del servizio di lidi ma anche di spiaggie libere. Ci sono inoltre servizi igenici ( toilette e docce) a pagamento. Ovviamente noi ci ritorneremo!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, mit traumhaftem Blick und allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Matteo, den Gastgeber. Er ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Person, die sich von Anfang bis Ende um alles kümmert. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und dank seiner 1:1-Betreuung haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Matteo hat uns nicht nur hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben, sondern war auch jederzeit erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten.
